El entorno y la ubicación del hotel son buenos, pero el servicio no es bueno, especialmente el personal de servicio del restaurante es muy desagradable, la ubicación del puesto no es buena y discrimina a los chinos. También ocurrió algo muy desagradable durante la comida, que afecta el estado de ánimo. La cena se come en el hotel. La cena se paga en el hotel en Sri Lanka antes. Los días después de viajar, también hay restaurantes que necesitan pagar por separado, Pero siempre te traerán tus facturas en el medio de la comida. Este restaurante es bueno, muchos servicios, ningún servicio le dará agua, mientras usamos comida y no hay cuentas para terminar, pensamos que la habitación se paga, se va naturalmente, y luego el camarero nos atrapa como a la persecución de la guarida, No pagó, no fue educado, no fue educado, no se quiso pagar, pero la conducta y la expresión eran discriminatorias y enojadas. 色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。

Amazing stay, apart from squirrels, bats and lizards entering the room from the cracks in the ceiling. Crows will wake you up at 5-6 AM. Lovely sea view, but is far from town

También el vaso de bebida viene muy sucio. El bar es hermoso, pero nunca tuvo música durante nuestra estancia. - servicio es bienvenido pero no preparado. Zonas comunes muy buenas y con buen mantenimiento, con unas vistas impresionantes. Restaurante pequeño pero con muy buena calidad de comida. En esto podría ser 5 estrellas pero la calidad de la habitación, cama y baño deben mejorar. Servicio, hay empleados agradables pero también algunos que solo trabajan de manera agradable si das propinas antes del servicio. Recomendable la actividad en un catamarán de 3 horas que puedes reservar en recepción.

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.
