We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 3 estrellas, con una amplia gama de habitaciones. De los pequeños efectos negativos, hay una debilidad en la insularidad del ruido y un Wi-Fi inestable, pero no tuvo un impacto fuerte en la impresión general. En general, el hotel dejó una agradable impresión.

Las ventajas son excelentes desayunos (amplia selección de platos), buena vista desde el restaurante del décimo piso y ubicación. De los menos: - Había una mancha pegajosa debajo de la tetera sobre la mesa, la quité a propósito para que la criada se diera cuenta. Durante 4 días todavía no se eliminó. - No hay suficientes soportes/vasos para aparatos cosméticos en el baño. De todos los accesorios, sólo se proporciona un kit dental. - zapatillas desechables de pésima calidad. El hedor que desprenden es insoportable.

還好之前辦的簽證沒到期，飛機上人不多，下大雪天氣不好半夜才到，大廳非常暖和，剛好趕上聖誕節前，一樓的聖誕裝飾很漂亮，配上聖誕小音樂，一下子有種很浪漫的聖誕電影般愜意的感覺。 大堂有很多的沙發位，單人的，雙人的，組合多人的，很適合發呆和聊天。 我定的單人間，房間面積不大挺温馨的，床墊挺舒服，早餐也不錯，服務也挺周到的，我是i人，整體感覺不錯，樓下餐廳的減脂餐挺好的。

Из плюсов: дружелюбный персонал. Очень приличный завтрак. Хороший Wi-Fi. Из минусов: система кондиционирования работает только на обогрев, либо только на охлаждение в зависимости от времени года. И если в феврале на улице +23 и солнце (как в этом году), то система всё равно подаёт горячий воздух, но, к счастью, можно открыть окно. Кроме того, постоянная вонь в санузле, как будто на сливах забыли поставить гидрозатворы. В целом, отделку санузла делали какие-то криворукие персонажи - можно порезать ногу о криво приделанные куски плитки в душе.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

conveniente ubicación en el centro, sin embargo bastante tranquila; check-in rápido check-out; instalaciones de 3+ estrellas; algunos de los sockets son de estándar británico que podría ser útil para algunas personas; calefacción central es un poco demasiado caliente, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets are not changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, besides that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

Bonito hotel a poca distancia del centro. Hay un gran supermercado a menos de 100 metros y una parada de autobús para llegar a todas partes. Las habitaciones son bonitas y están bien equipadas. El personal es fabuloso, sobre todo el recepcionista Dimitri, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es buffet, pero la comida es deliciosa y hay café y bebidas calientes disponibles las 24 horas.
