A decent guesthouse. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hot water works perfectly. The breakfasts are good. Overall, nothing but positive impressions. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but with taxis available, that’s not a problem.

Comfortable stay, pretty view, need to get taxi to get around the city centre. Serves really nice breakfast. Comfy bed and clean bedsheets. Clean amenities:) Water dispenser is at hotel lobby! Friendly staff

Отличное месторасположение. До центральной площади метров 400. До улицы с множеством ресторанов метров 300. До двух больших продуктовых магазинов метров 150. Номер, как будто бы в нем вчера завершили ремонт. Все новенькое и даже ковролин не в пятнах. Большая кровать с хорошим матрасом. Хотя наши окна выходили на оживленную трехполосную магистраль шум в номере не сильно был слышен. Зато вид был на главную стелу с флагом. Правда окна грязноватые. Очень порадовали завтрак в ресторане. Большой выбор блюд включая рыбную нарезку. Кофе готовят по Вашему заказу на профессиональной кофемашине и разносят по столикам (бесплатно). Ресторан находится на двух последних этажах с панорамными видами на город. На первом этаже обменный пункт и кафе.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Al principio fui a la otra, todos tenían el mismo nombre, pero tenía la misma dirección, y siguió a una empleada femenina Jasmin. ¡La buena persona me ayudó a resolver el problema, incluso si el lino en inglés tiene una buena traducción para explicarme, ¡ayúdame a llamar a la camioneta, mueve el equipaje juntos, y el servicio de la camioneta es bueno! Pero cuando voy a mi propio hotel, es realmente bueno que el ambiente sea de lino, porque cuando yo vivi en el cuarto adyacente, soy un par de niños, y tengo que abrazar mi puerta, así que la experiencia se siente excedente, pero después de que me hayas abrazado el pasillo de colores, es mucho mejor.

No ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que fue construido, pero la habitación es limpia y espaciosa, y el mundo de la radio coreana KBS también es bueno, y la ubicación es buena, ya que hay un parque forestal que camina a unos 10 minutos a pie de la plaza Alato. Pero lamentablemente, la pantalla de televisión se cortó en el medio, y cuando tuve el desayuno el último día, me arrepiento de no tener suficientes tazas para comer. Es un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones. Estoy dispuesto a visitar de nuevo personalmente. El personal de recepción es amable ~!

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

非常棒的入住體驗！這次在比什凱克選擇了吉國之星酒店 （luckyStar Hotel），位置真的超級便利！ 酒店地處市中心，去往主要景點非常輕鬆。國家地標阿拉套廣場和國家歷史博物館步行即可到達，城市氛圍濃厚。想要感受當地風情，著名的奧什市場也在附近，可以買到新鮮水果和特色手工藝品。如果對建築和宗教文化感興趣，聖尼古拉斯東正教堂同樣不遠，安靜而美麗。 無論是打車、步行還是利用公共交通探索城市，這裏都是完美的起點。對於商務和休閑旅客來説，這裏都是物超所值的選擇。強烈推薦！👍

Very new, modern hostel, in a coworking complex with restaurant. Very clean, spacious dorms. Staff speaks basic english. Security guard 24/7 present. Big underground kitchen, free coffee and tea. It is missing a living room with sofas where you can easily meet other travellers, not a very social vibe. It is close to the train station, where a lot of tours depart into the nature around Bishkek
