The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

The place is clean, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff service is good and explain well, the breakfast is good and has a variety of choices.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

La habitación y el servicio eran excepcionalmente buenos, pero lo que realmente me despertó fue el desayuno. Había una amplia variedad de opciones, y todo lo que traté fue muy bueno. Definitivamente uno de los espectáculos de mi estancia.
