We were very satisfied with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located with great nearby amenities, and transportation is extremely accessible. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with plenty of space and complete amenities, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and we could truly feel their care and enthusiasm from check-in to check-out. Any questions or requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to rest well. This is definitely a hotel we would love to return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area for travel or business.

Es un antiguo hotel de negocios, pero a pesar de su antigüedad, el ambiente en general es muy limpio y no hay el olor a humedad característico de un hotel antiguo. No está muy lejos de la estación de Morioka y el desayuno es bastante completo. El precio del alojamiento es muy económico y hay aparcamiento justo al lado, lo cual resulta muy práctico para quienes viajan solos. La habitación es un poco pequeña y oscura, las almohadas son un poco planas y el aire acondicionado es central, así que no hay forma de regular la temperatura; solo se puede elegir el caudal.

I chose this hotel for a short stay in Morioka and specifically needed on-site parking, which it delivers conveniently within the same building. The rooms are clean and feel noticeably more luxurious compared to many older hotels in Japan. The interior finishes are modern, well maintained, and immediately give a sense of quality. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, making arrival and check-in comfortable rather than cramped. Overall, this is a practical and well-executed choice for travelers who need parking without compromising on room quality or comfort.

We ended up staying for a week after multiple extensions. Staff at this hotel are very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

El hotel es ideal para viajeros conscientes del presupuesto. Está situado estratégicamente, muy cerca de la estación de Morioka. Hay muchas tiendas de comidas alrededor y Lawson está justo alrededor del rincón. El desayuno es bueno, pero tiene que coger para conseguir la comida, ya que hay muchos invitados esperando en línea.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

I liked the hotel, the room was large and clean, the beds in our room were large, two children and two parents slept well. The breakfast was also filling, the staff was nice.

El hotel está situado cerca de la estación JR. Puede acceder a tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados para los esenciales. El hotel es ligeramente más grande que otros hoteles en Japón. Recomiendo este hotel a cualquiera que se quede en Morioka.

Really love the hotel. Its right in front of the train station. Check in was very smooth. The staff helped with the process. Then you are provided with a night gown to use. The room was quite spacious for Japan and it was comfortable. And the breakfast was nice too. It was a small spread but has variety and were all good. We have no complaints about this hotel and wish to stay at other Comfort Inns as well if all are as good as this hotel.
