Здравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

Very good stay...always recommended -Excellent location, near to baga beach -Room size is quite good and so the decor -The balcony is cozy and so the river view -staff is excellent and lobby is as grand as expected -breakfast spread is good Only downside is, external bike vendor were not willing to rent the bike due to local vendor issue.

Al llegar al St. Regis Goa, nuestras expectativas eran altas y estábamos deseando pasar la víspera del Año Nuevo Chino. Al llegar, todo parecía un poco caótico en el vestíbulo y pronto descubrí que esperaban una boda y que el día siguiente estaba completamente reservado por ello. A lo largo del día, noté que todo el personal prestaba atención principalmente a los preparativos de la boda y no a los huéspedes. Sinceramente, esperaba un mejor servicio de este hotel, e incluso el supuesto mayordomo especial que nos asignaron tardaba casi una hora en responder, lo cual no es agradable para un hotel supuestamente de tan alto nivel. A pesar de todo, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, pero decidimos no cenar allí porque, aunque mencioné que era Año Nuevo Chino, no nos prepararon nada especial. Si bien no lo esperaba, dado que estábamos en India y allí obviamente no lo celebran, como lo mencioné al registrarnos, esto habría realzado los altos estándares de Regis, por los que son conocidos mundialmente, pero no organizaron nada especial para nosotros. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado y tuve que quitar la tapa para que saliera el agua. Esto debería revisarse antes de que lleguen los huéspedes. Incluso las toallas tenían un olor extraño, lo que significa que no se lavaron correctamente. Por lo demás, el establecimiento es estupendo, pero deberían mejorar para estar a la altura del estándar que proyectan y las tarifas que cobran. Otro punto a destacar es que, al reservar a través de trip.com, reservé una habitación de categoría superior y, tras pagar, se canceló inmediatamente y se me devolvió el dinero. Sin embargo, curiosamente, cuando intenté volver a reservar, el precio había subido considerablemente, lo cual no es agradable para los huéspedes. No estoy seguro de si fue un fallo de la aplicación de reservas o del hotel, pero es importante mencionarlo. Así que opté por la habitación Lagoon estándar porque me sentí engañado y no quería pagar más por algo que estaba claramente indicado. La piscina era fantástica y la habitación decente, pero había un gran problema de mosquitos en el establecimiento. De hecho, nos alojamos la noche anterior en el Holiday Inn de al lado y no vimos tantos mosquitos como aquí, así que tengan cuidado y lleven suficiente repelente. La moqueta de la habitación también necesita una limpieza a fondo, ya que estaba literalmente negra de suciedad. Incluso había telarañas. Sorprendente para un hotel Regis. Un aplauso para las señoras de la limpieza del jardín, que hacen un trabajo fabuloso, para el personal de valet y recepción, y para el chico que nos dio una cálida bienvenida con una bebida de bienvenida. El desayuno fue fantástico, lo que dice mucho de los chefs y el personal que trabaja entre bastidores. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. ¡El mejor que hemos probado hasta ahora en la India!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Aquí están algunos destacamentos de mi estancia: 1. **Excepcional personal**: El personal de Courtyard por Marriott fue realmente superior y más allá para hacer que mi estancia sea cómoda y memorable. 2. **Excelente limpieza**: El hotel mantiene un nivel excepcionalmente alto de limpieza.Mi habitación era sin escena, y las áreas comunes, incluido el lobby, el restaurante y la piscina, eran inmaculadas. Es evidente que el equipo de mantenimiento de la casa se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo, garantizando un entorno higiénico y agradable para los huéspedes. 3. **Proximidad a la playa**: Una de las mejores características de este hotel es su proximidad a la playa de Colva. Sólo a pocos pasos, la playa es fácilmente accesible, lo que lo hace perfecto para un paseo por la mañana o una vista al sol. La conveniencia de estar tan cerca de la playa añadió un toque especial a mi estancia. 4. **Comfortables habitaciones**: Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien diseñadas y equipadas con modernas instalaciones. La cama fue increíblemente cómoda, y el balcón ofrece una hermosa vista al entorno. Fue un perfecto retrato después de un día de exploración. El restaurante en el lugar sirvió una variedad de platos deliciosos, tanto locales como internacionales. En general, mi estancia en Courtyard por Marriott, Colva, no fue nada menos que fantástico. ¡Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a los viajeros de ocio y negocios y espero quedarse aquí de nuevo en el futuro!

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

Прекрасный отель на первой линии! Территория отеля - это сад, в котором затеряны деревянные домики для гостей. Много разных тропических растений, среди них домики расположены так, чтобы гости не мешали друг другу и было ощущение, что ты один наедине с природой. Каждый день территорию отеля облагораживают: подметают, просеивают песок, высаживают растения, поливают. Мне кажется даже каждый камешек и тот выложен с любовью. На ресейпшине всегда кто-то дежурит, даже ночью. Обратиться можно по любому вопросу и тебе всегда доброжелательно помогут. Домик небольшой, простой деревянный, но все необходимое есть в номере: чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, чай, кофе, сахар, каждый день бутылка воды литровая на человека. Фото домика и внутри соответствует реальности. (наш домик находился около водонапорной башни и когда она переполнялась - вода вытекала наружу и сильно шумела, в любое время суток. Решить эту проблему персонал не в силах. Поэтому берите домик подальше от башни ). Электричество ( как и везде в Гоа, часто отключалось, но практически сразу все восстанавливалось - возможно генераторы они ставят. Но проблем с горячей водой не было. На территории есть бассейн небольшой. Он очень спасал, когда на море были сильные волны и зайти в воду было невозможно. Особенно это актуально тем, кто с детьми. Около бассейна есть душ, недалеко санузел. Полотенца для бассейна - на ресейпшене можно попросить. На столиках есть меню от бара, расположенного на пляже. В баре можно сделать заказ и тебе принесут или в номер или к бассейну. На пляже постояльцам отеля шезлонги бесплатно. Около шезлонга ставят тазики с водой - чтобы ополоснуть ноги от песка. Вот такая милая забота о гостях. Чтобы поужинать или дойти до магазина - можно выбрать кафе на ближайшей улице - иди минут 7 неспеша. Нам очень понравился отель, рекомендуем!!

It was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient but a little hit and miss.
