Muy estratégica ubicación. El propio hotel es muy majestuoso y único. La parte más favorita de esta estancia es su comida es la mejor, hemos probado la en la sala de comida y desayuno buffet, yo cotizaré 100/10, intente y usted lo sabrá ☺️

I recently stayed at the Harper Purwakarta Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. - *Room*: The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. - *Service*: The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Check-in was smooth, and they were helpful with local recommendations.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

La habitación era limpia y bien mantenida, y el personal era útil durante toda mi estancia. Algunas instalaciones eran bastante básicas, los pantalones estaban disponibles sólo a petición, había champú pero no hay condicionador, y no hay tejido en el baño pero no se quitó de la experiencia general. Lo que más me gustaba fue lo espacioso que era la habitación, junto con la vista que miraba el campo de la fusil y el cielo de Bandung.

El hotel es moderno, limpio y atractivo desde el punto de vista visual. La experiencia de la habitación fue decepcionante debido a las cuestiones de la habitación, la zona de ducha tenía problemas de fuga y la presión del agua era extremadamente débil e incoherente. Después de un largo día, me gustaría tener una ducha relajada, pero desafortunadamente no podía disfrutarlo en absoluto. El desayuno fue otro gran descenso. La mayoría de las comidas probó blanda y desinspirante, haciendo el desayuno algo que terminé saltando después del primer día. We stayed 4 nights as a family with two children. Overall: an excellent family resort with genuinely outstanding staff — the friendliness was consistent everywhere we went, from check-in to restaurants to the spa, across the entire stay. Check-in & room: Check-in was long but handled in a friendly manner. Executive Suite 7501 is very spacious with a large bathroom and a very large balcony. Ideal layout for a family of four. Pools: Very large swimming pools with separate areas for kids and adults — this separation worked well for us. Damar Restaurant: We ate here for the Saturday ”Surf & Sear Live Robata Night” and daily breakfast. The dinner buffet is the widest I have seen in a hotel — huge variety, delicious and freshly cooked, in a cozy atmosphere with very attentive staff who helped us in every way. Kids ate free at the themed night (printed on the bill), drinks were included in the buffet price (iced tea, cold brew, iced latte, ginger fizz), and the ALL Accor membership 10% F&B discount was honored. One honest caveat: the advertised live robata grilling counter was absent our night because the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so it was effectively buffet-only and busy — if you're booking specifically for the live-grill experience, confirm no private event is scheduled. Breakfast (also at Damar): wide variety, same friendly staff, but very crowded on Sunday morning — noticeably calmer on weekdays. The resort clearly runs at full capacity on weekends with the Jakarta crowd. Mad Cow (steakhouse, Level 6): Quiet, relaxed atmosphere on our Sunday visit. Steaks are grilled on an open station, staff were very friendly and helped us choose. Fresh juices were good. Note it's a premium-priced venue — imported Australian 450g cuts at steakhouse prices — and alcohol-free per local regulations (mocktails and juices only). Spa: Very clean and relaxing. We took two treatments — a 90-minute Traditional Balinese massage and a 60-minute Deep Tissue — both excellent. Padi Pool & Bar: Good mocktail selection for a pool day. Practical notes: the resort suits families exceptionally well; GrabFood delivers to the lobby if you want variety; folio can be pre-settled the evening before an early checkout, which made our 06:30 departure effortless; roughly 2 hours from CGK airport (use the Kunciran toll route to avoid Jakarta traffic). Verdict: The staff make this resort — every single venue, every single day. We'd return.

Aquí, en el centro de la ciudad, se puede celebrar el aniversario de la fiesta de la ciudad, y la celebración de la fiesta es una sorpresa tan pensada y nos gusta mucho el gesto. En general, tuvimos una experiencia fantástica y decidimos elegir la Plaza de la Corona de Bandung de nuevo en nuestra próxima visita.

We had another wonderful stay at Mason Pine, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel whenever we want a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. 🙏🏼 We took the Whoosh from Jakarta, and Mason Pine’s free shuttle service picked us up directly from the station and took us to the hotel in only around 15 minutes. The return transfer was just as smooth and convenient. One of the things we love most about Mason Pine is how many family-friendly facilities they have, and they’re not just for show—they’re all active and enjoyable for the kids. The swimming pool is HUGE, and the kids’ pool is also incredibly spacious, complete with a fun slide that the kids absolutely loved! The food selection was varied and delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was spot on. Every staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciate the convenience of the location. There are several cafés and a supermarket just across the street, so sometimes we’d order GoFood, grab some drinks, or simply enjoy coffee and snacks at one of the cafés across from the hotel. It makes the whole stay feel very comfortable and easy, especially when traveling with family. A special thank you to Mas Nova, who took care of our transfer back to the Whoosh. We unexpectedly had to change our return ticket to an earlier time, but the team was incredibly accommodating. We were still taken to the station immediately after check-out without having to wait around or deal with any hassle. Everything was handled so smoothly! Thank you so much, Mas Nova, and to all the wonderful staff at Mason Pine for always taking such great care of us. Mason Pine is definitely our family’s go-to hotel. We always feel comfortable here, and we’ll definitely be back again! 🙏🏼
