Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

It’s very convenient that the mall is directly connected and no need to go outside to have dinner.

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

Nice, clean and good location. Near many eateries, convenient store and liquor store. Friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.
