Hoteles con Desayuno en Java Oriental, Indonesia

Esta fue la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia siempre fue increíble. Realmente nos gustó la habitación que reservamos esta vez y el ambiente, la vista y la experiencia fueron buenos. Lamentablemente, los platos durante el desayuno fueron bastante sosos y la variedad fue muy limitada, pero realmente nos gustaron las reubicaciones en los pisos superiores, tuvimos muy buenas vistas e hicieron que todo el desayuno fuera bastante agradable. De todos modos, siempre recomendaremos este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente en el futuro, 😁

Our second stay at Platinum Hotel Tunjungan was once again a pleasant experience. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Puteri at reception, who remembered us from our previous visit—this personal touch made us feel truly valued. We were happy to receive a room upgrade, and overall, the room was comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. The bellboy was also very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The internet connection was quite slow, the room is not fully soundproof, and the bath towels could be upgraded. However, we really loved the pillows—they were extremely comfortable and made our sleep very restful. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider returning again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Siempre soy un cliente habitual aquí, el servicio es bastante bueno, todos son amables. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que hay habitaciones donde las instalaciones a veces no funcionan correctamente, ojalá se preste más atención al mantenimiento, pero en general el servicio siempre es el mejor.

Stayed at Diuble Tree by Hilton Surabaya for 2 nights. Check-in was very quick and entry to lobby was very welcoming. Given a room upgrade as I requested for a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good with alot of choices. Will come back again when in Surabaya.

should pay attention more on the cleanliness. overall it still good deal for a short stay. price ia good. pool is good. try to avoid using swimming pool on the weekend since it will be crowded.

Eventhough there was a little miss, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cozy comes with strattegic location. anyway, thanks for the upgrade, i appreciate it!

Very great location, next to tunjungan mall and walking distance to the happening tunjungan street at night. They even gave us a complimentary drinks at javaroma coffee

Hay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

The hotel is old but in a good way, means all the hoteliers are well trained & friendly, very reliable too. The location is very strategic, not too far from the main part of the city, but not too close that you get cramped up every time you leave the hotel. It's on the main road, not difficult for online taxis to reach. Parking's not huge, but enough for the guests (in my opinion, the parking's way better than any other hotels i've seen down the road). The hotel room is old but clean, in my opinion. The bathrooms are clean & spacious. Although some of the furnitures shows its age & the locks are worn out, all the areas are super clean. One thing that is most memorable is the body wash! Love the body wash, so fragrant! If you're looking for a getaway & simply for rest, this is a hotel for you. This hotel might not provide cable/netflix, (there's still wifi dont worry) or facilities like the gym, BUT this hotel works for me who's looking to rest and relax. This hotel feels like a trip down memory lane, just like malang. Very nostalgic in the best way possible
