No creo que optería por permanecer en este hotel de nuevo si vuelvo a Semarang. La experiencia fue decepcionante desde el momento en que llegué. Si un hotel confirma que hay algo disponible, debe entregarse al huésped de forma adecuada. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto a la casa de la ciudad, pero no se ha hecho nada. La selección del desayuno también era muy básica con una variación muy limitada. El hotel está muy bien preparado para el servicio de sahar, y los huéspedes se despiertan muy pronto para esta comida, por lo que la disponibilidad de alimentos y el personal adecuado son importantes. Durante ese tiempo vi sólo un miembro del personal tratar todo, lo que hizo la situación aún más difícil. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está a poca distancia a pie de muchos cafés en la moda y hay muchas opciones de comida de calle alrededor de la que permanecer abierto tarde a la noche. Para los huéspedes que disfrutan de explorar la cena o de ahorcarse en los cafés cercanos, la zona es conveniente. El servicio de la mesa delantera fue aceptable, pero la experiencia de hospitalidad en general se sentía bastante normal. No tomé ninguna foto durante mi estancia porque honestamente mi humor no fue muy bueno después de experimentar estos problemas. La calidad del servicio es muy importante para los clientes, pero no es muy importante para los clientes.

El Abrikri Village ha ofrecido excelentes servicios durante nuestra estancia en Dieng, Wonosobo. Desde el servicio de pre-deparación cuando el miembro del personal me contactó personalmente para ayudar a nuestra reserva para 16 personas especialmente cuando les pedí que organizaran nuestro modo de desayuno para ser hecho en 2AM debido a nuestra agenda específica. Cuando llegamos a la aldea de Abriki, fueron muy responsables de acoger nuestra reserva haciendo que el proceso de ingreso sea libre de problemas. Los miembros del personal también estaban realmente acomodando nuestras necesidades, mostrando una verdadera identidad de los servicios de bienvenida javaneses. La villa es más limpia y espaciosa, especialmente la Villa de tres dormitorios y la Villa de dos dormitorios. Nuestra familia no tenía problemas en el wifi proporcionado ya que puede acceder a todo el área de la Villa. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque el menú de desayuno es bastante estándar como sirve el estilo básico de buffet indonésico, sin embargo nuestra familia realmente disfrutó de la comida y las bebidas proporcionadas. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. Para mí personalmente, esta villa merece un 5-star debido a sus excelentes servicios, instalaciones y ubicación. Sin embargo, todavía hay habitaciones de mejora, como servicios adicionales como Netflix para cada habitación, más variedad de opción de desayuno, y el balcón/terraza de 3-bedroom y 2-bedroom la entrada de la villa que debería tener un techo que nos cubriría de la lluvia en el momento de entrar en la villa. Sin embargo, si tuviera la oportunidad de volver a Dieng, Wonosobo, sería QUE SEGUIMENTE de permanecer de nuevo en el pueblo de Abriki. El Hotel Khas está situado cerca del centro de la ciudad. Salí del hotel a la izquierda puedo ir al centro de la ciudad de la reina y a la derecha puedo ir al centro de la ciudad de Pollux. Aparte del hotel, hay algunos restaurantes locales durante el día y la noche. También hay una farmacia llamada Apotek en la derecha después de salir de la entrada principal del hotel. Hay un IndoMart en la otra y el precio era razonable. Por lo tanto, muy conveniente. La limpieza del hotel debe mejorarse. La casa de la habitación está muy bien equipada, y la habitación está muy bien equipada. La habitación tenía 2 lámparas en la mesa delante de la TV y una en la mesa de la cama, ambas estaban montadas en la mesa, por lo que se bloqueó el espacio de la mesa. La bebida de bienvenida se sirvió en un pequeño vaso de copa y no había agua para el huésped del hotel. El diseño del baño no fue bueno, ya que después de tomar la ducha el agua fluirá hacia la zona de la cubierta de la piscina y la zona de la toalla, ya que el compartimento de vidrio era demasiado pequeño para bloquear el agua de la desgaste hacia la zona seca. La cabeza de ducha estaba montada en la parte superior del techo, por lo que se hizo un poco difícil lavar el cuerpo de forma completa. El agua viene directamente de nuestra cabeza. No hay manera de ajustar la cabeza de ducha como estaba fijada en el techo. El hotel ofrece un bono de regalo para el usuario de la aplicación Grab, pero el personal del frente no nos informó. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Pero el hotel es muy útil y el mismo va a la concierge también muy amable y útil.

There is a noticeable precision in how everything operates—from the smooth check-in process to the overall atmosphere of calm efficiency. It’s clear that someone is paying close attention to the finer points that many hotels overlook. The staff deserve special recognition. They are consistently polite, professional, and impressively efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Service here strikes that rare balance between warmth and competence. Breakfast is another highlight—genuinely exceptional. The quality, variety, and presentation go beyond what you would typically expect at this level, turning what is often a routine meal into something to look forward to each morning. Location-wise, it’s hard to fault. Perfectly positioned for exploring Solo, everything feels conveniently within reach. All things considered, the 3-star rating is genuinely surprising. By international standards, this hotel comfortably performs at a 4-star level, if not beyond in certain aspects. FIM by Zigna is a standout example of what happens when strong management, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience come together.

Esta es mi primera vez que me quedo aquí. El hotel es increíble, la ubicación, el desayuno, la habitación. Uno de los aspectos que probablemente se mejore, durante el día el aire condó un poco caliente. Pero en general, me encantaría que me quedara otra vez.

La ubicación es la mejor cerca de la cocina alrededor del hotel. El personal muy útil. El ambiente está bien. Realmente me encanta quedarse aquí. Cada momento de vuelta a Solo siempre se queda en este hotel.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).
