This marks my third visit to Conrad Shenyang, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. I would like to extend a special commendation to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced. Most importantly, I want to recognize three individuals who exemplify the highest standards of the hotel service industry: Lisa, Tracy, and Harvey. Their exceptional hospitality and dedication made a significant impact on my stay, and I am incredibly grateful for their service. They are a credit to your hotel. I look forward to returning to Conrad Shenyang in the future. I am confident that you will continue to uphold this high standard of quality, solidifying your reputation as the best hotel in Liaoning and even in all of northeastern China.

Al lado de la estación de Hangzhou, el transporte es muy conveniente. El hotel sale a un autobús para la montaña de Pentah, y la estación de Hangzhou puede ir directamente a la ciudad de Hangzhou. A 15 minutos a pie del mercado nocturno. También está cerca del monumento de la guerra de Yankee. Esto es muy conveniente para los turistas. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno y el personal es muy entusiasta. La habitación también es limpia. También se preparan para la autoayuda de la noche a la mañana. Al día siguiente, Lily Xia me presentó amablemente el excelente desayuno y las especialidades locales de Dalian, ofreciéndome la oportunidad de saborearlas plenamente; ella es una de las personas que me mostró en qué consiste la ”sonrisa de Dalian” y su genuina calidez. Ubicado en el corazón de Dalian, el InterContinental Dalian goza de una excelente ubicación, lo que facilita y agiliza el acceso a cualquier lugar. Sus instalaciones son impecables; durante mi visita en un día frío, disfruté del spa y el gimnasio, que resultaron sumamente satisfactorios. La oferta gastronómica también es variada, adaptándose a diferentes gustos y ofreciendo experiencias culinarias exquisitas. Asimismo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el servicio atento y amable de todo el personal son ventajas difíciles de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Como viajero frecuente a esta región por trabajo, puedo afirmar con seguridad que, si me preguntaran cuál es la mayor fortaleza de este hotel, no dudaría en decir que es la extraordinaria armonía entre su personal, su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Sinceramente, no me arrepiento de haber escrito esta reseña con mi nombre real. Si desean disfrutar plenamente de los paisajes, la gastronomía y la gente de Dalian, este hotel es la mejor opción. En especial, la compañía de amigas como Grace y Lily les dejará recuerdos inolvidables de Dalian. También quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para expresar mi sincera gratitud a todo el personal del hotel que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera cómoda y memorable.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

第一次來瀋陽安排了五天的旅遊，這次選擇了艾美酒店，酒店地理位置很好 離太原街商圈近逛街買東西很方便 附近還有很多特色小館，房間乾淨 交通也便利；在登記入住時，很幸運受到前台Sunday接待，服務熱情 笑容親切！因為是第一次來到這個城市，Sunday也很熱心的為我們介紹地方特色，還給了很棒的城市旅遊建議！真的是金牌前台！！！另外在23樓酒廊的小食與酒水都很有水準呢！城市風景一覽無遺～心曠神怡。這次玩得很開心！很謝謝有Sunday接待的艾美，令人印象深刻！下次還要來！！也推薦大家旅遊出差下榻艾美

It was very western designed. The interior and services were good but somethings were very expensive. like twice the amount it should be. Also the room's hair dryer was broken. We had to use hair band to make it work again. Other than that everything was smooth and jazz. The room was really good. There was a pillow menu! My mom only uses latex due to medical reasons, so the pillow menu was really helpful. The band at the live music section was really friendly. They even sang a birthday song for my mom! Overall great experience.

El hotel es muy considerado, el día anterior el mayordomo se puso en contacto para confirmar la hora estimada de llegada. Llegamos temprano, alrededor de las 11 de la mañana, y pensábamos dejar el equipaje para ir a comer, pero la recepción nos hizo el check-in directamente, diciendo que no era necesario esperar, e incluso nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Hay ciervos en el hotel, lo que fue una sorpresa para los niños al ver a los cervatillos al lado de la carretera. La entrega de comida a domicilio es muy cómoda, un robot la lleva directamente a la habitación. La plataforma de observación en el quinto piso es increíble. Está muy cerca de la Plaza Xinghai y de la Playa Yinsha. A los niños les encantó. Llegamos el Día de San Valentín y la cena en el restaurante buffet fue muy conveniente.

Lo que me gustó: • La ubicación es excelente. Está justo enfrente del metro y en pleno centro de Shenyang. • El personal fue muy atento, especialmente Eric, el gerente de conserjería, quien fue muy amable y me recomendó algunos de los principales atractivos turísticos el día de mi llegada. • El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad de opciones internacionales. El pan ZOPF fue mi favorito. • El gimnasio estaba limpio y ordenado, y todo el equipo funcionaba correctamente. • Además, hay un mercado nocturno justo enfrente, lo cual fue muy práctico. Lo que no me gustó: • Tuve algunas dificultades para usar el rociador de la bañera. • La vista desde la habitación no era muy buena, ya que daba al patio trasero. En general, fue una estancia agradable con una excelente ubicación y un servicio amable.
