View was more than spectacular..recommend booking a lake view room, was able to sleep with the window open and the view of the lake all day and night was breathtaking.. food in restaurant so/so, easy walk into town to find everything you need

The service was good. However, due to ongoing construction, there was no proper car parking and we were asked to park on the street opposite the hotel..

El hotel es un hotel con una gran variedad de restaurantes y pubs, pero no es un hotel con una gran variedad de restaurantes y pubs. Como llegaríamos a la mañana temprana, nos damos una nota de nuestra esperanza de experimentar su viñedo y comida (o al menos comida de dedo) cuando reservamos el hotel, y recibimos un correo electrónico que no pueden garantizar, pero harán lo mejor posible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. No se envió ningún correo electrónico a nosotros. We booked a total of 4 nights — 3 nights under one itinerary and an additional night under another. Upon arrival on our first day (around 7pm), we were assigned a lake view room (room type we booked) located right next to the reception. Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive, with frequent foot traffic, people running along the corridor, and sounds coming from the reception area throughout our stay. For the final night, we switched to a different room type (as booked) — an alpine view. Despite having specifically noted that we did not prefer a corner room, and receiving confirmation from the hotel that we would not be placed in one, we were assigned the very last room at the corner. This was disappointing, especially given the prior communication. We had hoped for a more restful and accommodating stay.

Good things are that pod is clean, bath towel was given, and check-in/out was easy with the touch panel. Bad things were that I couldn’t charge my phone for some reason even if I tried with different cables in my pod, and drain in the shower room was not great. Overall, it was good!

It’s a vintage hotel, I’m surprised with the lift which is very old type of lift, the design very pretty and retro. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults. The heater is very powerful and strong. The hotel is located near to the town center and precinct street, just a few minutes of walk can reach.

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Or, if you’re aiming for a more natural Google Reviews style: We were pleasantly surprised to find what looked like a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Basement parking was available, and the unit was conveniently located beside a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus departed. The town centre was also less than a 10-minute walk away. Great location, excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
