If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Esta es mi sexta estancia en el Marco Polo. Quedé muy satisfecho con las anteriores. Esta vez, me sentí muy decepcionado. No sé si se debe a las vacaciones o a otra cosa. 1. Al registrarme, no me indicaron el número de piso del salón ejecutivo. El ascensor no subía. 2. La luz del armario no se apagaba la primera noche. Contacté con el personal y me dijeron que era normal. Les comenté que ya lo habían arreglado muchas veces y que esto nunca había sucedido. El hotel lo arregló al día siguiente. 3. A la 1:30 de la madrugada, hubo un problema en la habitación de al lado. Me despertó el personal hablando durante más de diez minutos, sin tener en cuenta a los demás huéspedes. Tengo grabaciones de vídeo y audio como prueba. La grabación se hizo a través de la puerta y el sonido es muy claro. 4. A las 6:30 de la tarde, el salón ejecutivo aún no había preparado los postres ni la fruta. Muchos platos llevaban más de una hora sin reponer. La comida no estaba tan buena como antes; era simplemente normalita. Antes, los platos de carne eran una parte importante del menú, pero cuando fui sobre las 18:00, apenas repusieron los platos hasta las 19:30. Una experiencia decepcionante. 5⃣️ No me dieron fruta de bienvenida, algo que siempre hacían en estancias anteriores; tuve que llamar y pedirla yo mismo. 6⃣️ Si pides comida para llevar en este hotel, normalmente la dejan en el vestíbulo y tienes que bajar a recogerla; nadie la lleva a casa. 7⃣️ Al abrir la ducha, el agua salía directamente al suelo. ¿No debería apuntar la alcachofa hacia dentro? La loción corporal también estaba vacía cuando llegué; ¿no la revisan durante la limpieza de la habitación? 8⃣️ La plancha era muy difícil de usar y, lo que es peor, el cable estaba expuesto. Por favor, mejoren la seguridad de los artículos de baño. Los únicos puntos positivos fueron el excelente servicio en el salón ejecutivo; el personal fue muy responsable y atento, y los gofres del desayuno estaban deliciosos.

Nuestro viaje familiar a Wuhan fue posible gracias a la excelente ubicación del apartamento Somerset en el Future Center. El complejo Future Center está justo debajo y ofrece una amplia gama de opciones gastronómicas, de entretenimiento y de ocio, lo que garantizó que los niños se lo pasaran en grande y los adultos pudieran relajarse. Reseña del Hotel Quanji, Xiangyang Pasé dos noches en el Hotel Quanji en Xiangyang y me fui con impresiones mixtas: algunos puntos fuertes, un par de detalles mejorables y la sensación de que este lugar sabe lo que los viajeros como yo realmente buscan después de un largo día de turismo o reuniones. Primeras impresiones - Exterior y vestíbulo: Moderno, limpio y ordenado. El vestíbulo transmite tranquilidad, sin pretensiones, lo cual se agradece después de un largo viaje en tren. El proceso de registro fue sencillo, con personal que hablaba suficiente inglés para ayudar, pero sin llegar a sentirse condescendiente. - Ubicación: Bastante conveniente dependiendo del propósito de la visita. No está en el centro de las calles más concurridas de Xiangyang, pero se puede llegar a pie o en transporte público a los lugares clave, además de que hay restaurantes cerca que no son trampas para turistas sobrevaloradas. Habitación y comodidad - La habitación en sí tenía un ambiente de 4 estrellas: ordenada, bien iluminada y sorprendentemente tranquila para un hotel en una zona que parece tan concurrida. La comodidad es muy alta para que me duerma mucho tiempo. El hotel también ofrece gratis para ayudar a los alquileres a limpiar sus ropas sucias para limpiar sus vasos y secarlos para enviarlos de vuelta a la habitación a los alquileres, esta capa no es obligatoria. 이창(의창) 여행 최적의 위치입니다 장강 부근에 입지해 뷰가 매우 아름답습니다. 가급적 장강뷰를 선택하시길 바랍니다. 야경에 취해 밤을 지새울 수 있습니다. 바로 옆 완다광장(만달광장)이 있어 맛집이며, 엔터테이먼트를 즐기기 용이합니다. 또 약 5분 거리 산샤(삼협) 선착장이 있습니다. 2026년 봄에 개업한 만큼 신축이라 더욱 새롭습니다. 다만 화주회 그룹의 계열사이긴하지만 직영이 아닌 가맹점이라 조금의 차이가 있습니다. 세탁실에 세탁과 건조가 무료나 세탁기가 엘지제품이 아닌 자체 발주한 제품입니다. 헬스장은 트레드밀 2개 뿐이고 자전거나 기타 운동기구는 없습니다. 조식은 여느 촨지(전계)호텔처럼 깔끔합니다. 이창 특색 요리인 홍요우빠오즈(홍유포자)가 제공된다고 했지만 필자가 묵은날에는 없었습니다. 그래도 홍요우미뻔이 제공되어 맛있게 먹었습니다.
