Our family occasionally come to Hot Springs Valley and we stayed at different hotels. Phoenix has an impressive design of the lobby. We came for a short family relax stay to enjoy the hot springs and had overall a pleasant experience. Despite the hotel itself is not so new, it's a nice place to stay thanks to the helpful staff and a great garden where kids can play. A restaurant provides a Hubei signature dishes. To get to the hatstrings the reception is providing a cart with a driver, which is a warm and welcoming gesture.

Located about 400 meters from Renhe metro station exit D. As you exit turn left. The room is in an apartment building (#3). The office is a couple of doors further from the entrance, in fact the guard of the building took me to the office. You need to have WeChat since the instructions including the access code is sent. Room was comfortable and simple, everyday towels were changed and water bottles were left. Around the building there were restaurants and grocery stores. Wifi was good.

房間很大 很乾凈 上午到的 直接給安排了安靜居中的房間 因為恩施的交通規劃 到酒店需要繞一圈柵欄 老闆開車來接站 特別方便 還叮囑我們不要被黑車騙了 前台有旅行景點宣傳單頁 出行也方便 步行不到十分鐘就是恩施客運站和恩施火車站 離着美食一條街也是步行十分鐘 住在這裏 位置絕佳 非常推薦

The room is big, it was clean and comfortable. My rate did not had breakfast. Did not use any of the hotel facilities besides the room. The staff was kind, even though they did not speak english, everything worked fine.

Agradezco a las recepcionistas por su hospitalidad. Somos una familia de 14 personas que viajamos y la habitación es cómoda. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle con vistas al río son mucho más ruidosas. La recepción y la habitación tienen dos impresiones diferentes. Al principio, mis padres se sintieron decepcionados al ver la recepción, pero después de entrar en la habitación, elogiaron la habitación por estar limpia y ser cómoda. ¡El desayuno es bueno! La ubicación está a unos 10 o 15 minutos a pie del centro turístico.

房間衞生設施環境都還可以，性價比挺好。但是，服務水平實在有待提高。 首先，房間裏衹有兩瓶水，兩個人不夠喝。第二次打電話才送來。我説多拿幾瓶，但是衹給兩瓶。我明確説拿四瓶，依然還是給兩瓶。反正不嫌麻煩，我就多打電話。第二天早上，我跟服務員説，今天麻煩在我房間放四到六瓶水。其中一個服務員以為我走了，用很不屑的語氣重複説，還四到六瓶水。另一個發現我還站在樓道，趕緊説沒問題。 第二，我想電腦連WIFI，電話前台要問名稱和密碼。她居然反問我牆上貼着有，怎麼自己不看。我説沒有，她説那就在門口的託盤下。我看了還是沒有，又打給她問。有這時間第一次直接告訴我多好！（房間我拍照了，你們可以自己看哪有密碼！）我很少在攜程寫這麼多留言，此次就是感慨頗多。我的家鄉，希望酒店服務業的水平能夠更上一層樓！

二刷出行，雙泉酒店無論是環境，設施還是服務衞生都甩襄陽奇趣酒店好幾條街，真的感受完全不一樣，各方面服務都很貼心，而且這個酒店很漂亮，各種在每個地方都充滿苔蘚景觀，各種綠植，創意滿滿。在酒店大廳用餐的時候，前台小姐姐還送來礦泉水！！小細節做的都很到位！！比我在襄陽那個酒店舒服多了，上次出行很後悔，這個酒店我還是想三刷四刷的那種！！但是有一些小建議，庭院泡池房能不能再加個小床，後加的小床真的睡的太難受，一點不舒適，睡覺最重要了，應該改進下，還有親子雙床房也是床太小，睡一大一小真的太容易掉了，又不好合並起來，應該設定一張大一點，一張小一點，這樣合理一點！！

Breakfast has a lot of options, but the hot stuff isn't warm. It's in a good spot, and the room is clean. The hotel gives you great service, like getting you a taxi and helping with your bags.

Amazing value for the price I paid. Very new hotel and quiet for airport location. I did have to take shuttle service between T3 and T2, it was easy to navigate. The only thing which is also amusing is that the Push and Pull signs on the bathroom door are incorrec, quite the opposite😅

Una gran experiencia, los camareros nos trataron con sinceridad, como familia. La habitación está limpia, ordenada, fresca y elegante, ¡lo que hace que la gente se relaje al instante! Es realmente una elección particularmente buena venir a Enshi. ¡La camarera también presentó con entusiasmo las características de Enshi!
