Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.

We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: ”Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out.” But nobody come for cleanning all week. Not enough shampoon and body gel provided. Hair dryer doesn't work proper.

فندق عائله جميل وجديد ونظيف الاستقبال ممتاز جدا شرا جزيلا وتم ترقية الغرفه المكان هادئ وجميل والخدمه ممتازه جدا يوجد شطاف في دوره المياه فندق متميز والمجهود فيه ممتاز جدا انصح فيه للاسره التي تبحث عن هدوء لايوجد خدمه تقديم الطعام في الغرف فقط في المطعم تستطيع تناول الطعام المطعم ممتاز والإطلالة رائعة في الليل الوضع مخيف قليلا نظرا لوجودنا في وسط الجبال اقدم شكري لاداره الفندق

La habitación está muy cerca de la ciudad, la habitación está limpia, los huéspedes son hospitalidad, se quedaron una noche, básicamente todo estaba arreglado, el desayuno era escaso, pero creo que debido a un pequeño asentamiento este día.

Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.

Природа,погода и сам отель понравились настолько,что мы продлили проживание в нем-и не пожалели!Завтраки,СПА центр и такой чистоты и дошеаногр отношения вы в Бакуриани не найдете.За четыре дополнительных дня мы объехали все окрестности,детские парки,изучили узкоколейку Кукушка и поднялись на вершину посмотрели Бакуриани с высоты птичьего полета

-Es muy limpio y el lugar es perfecto cerca de todas las actividades. -No hay espejo en la habitación excepto uno pequeño en el baño - No Shatafa.

Отличный отель в центре туристической зоны, номера большие, чистые, приветливый персонал, есть своя парковка, а в этом месте это просто бесценно)) Шикарные завтраки!! Однозначно лучшие из всех, которые были в нашем путешествии!! А мы проехали не мало городов Грузии. Ну и конечно прогулочная зона прямо на выходе из отеля!!

Все отлично, огромная территория утопает в зелени, бассейны, прекрасный ресторан, отличный завтрак. Могу лишь заметить что в номере было чисто, но запах был не очень, не помешала бы какая-нибудь ароматизация. И кровать очень скрипела.
