El hotel está conectado a un enorme parque acuático que es grande para los niños, pero no tan divertido para dormir una buena noche. La casa de la familia de la puerta de la calle tenía un niño gritando durante mucho tiempo y luego el hotel envió a un hombre desconocido a nuestra habitación (dos chicas) a las 10:00 para golpear y pedirnos que nos quedamos tranquilos. La habitación es limpia, pero con el desayuno es muy guapo. El personal nunca está en el contable, así que debe esperar para salir de la espalda. El desayuno era limitado y no lo suficiente para la gente allí. Tengo mejores opciones en el otro Fairfield de cualquier manera. Todos los detalles son camas baratas y llevado / sobre suave, papel higiénico es ridículo, toallas son tan finas y muy crudas. . . El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable en los detalles.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location on Lake Lorraine. Close to restaurants, malls, and right off I-29 for easy travel in the city. The rooms were more spacious than a typical room with the addition of a pull out sleeper sofa. The rooms were quiet and clean. The patios and outside fire pit overlooking the small lake was a nice amenity. Although we didn't use the pool, it was larger than a lot of hotel pools. The only negative was there needed to be more help wiping down tables during the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very busy, and there wasn't a single clean table during the breakfast rush. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean, a little older of a hotel but it had covered parking area which was nice. A nice breakfast was included every morning which included cereal, eggs, pancakes, waffles, breads, etc.. We went for Sturgis Bike week so everything was extremely busy and of course we paid more than three times the price per night for the hotel. It was close to Deadwood, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Lots to do in the area. If we go back, it would be before or after bike week so it wouldn't have been so busy.

Could of done better…door 3 didn’t have room number right at the entry for which way to go to find our room, we had to go all over to search for ours to find out it’s upstair. Ice machine wasn’t even working…breakfast there was no eggs, French toast and all that at 8am when we came out for breakfast!!! I looked around and everybody else had them and there was none left at 8am and it didn’t looked like they were gonna make more so me and my kid had to go back to the room hungry. Otherwise it was a nice place though

Stay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal.

Old hotel with a hallway smell, but our room seemed clean. Didn’t help matters that across the hall a lady was yelling and pounding on her door on and off starting at 5AM. Continental breakfast was pretty poor. The biggest bummer is that their “water park/pool area” was closed due to construction.” Staff were very pleasant and helpful! But for only $10 less than a neighboring hotel that had fantastic reviews, would not stay again.

Grande hotel a un precio asequible. La ubicación es fantástica justo al lado del interstate. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y las zonas comunes son bien mantenidas. El desayuno fue excelente. La instalación es mayor, pero muy bien mantenida. Internet también fue excepcionalmente rápido. Me estaban dando 120 velocidades de descarga y 30 descargas por Wi-Fi en mi habitación; mucho para mis necesidades de ordenador de negocios.

Loved the historic vibe, the downtown location, and the rooftop bar. The desk attendant was very informative regarding the history of the building but the lobby was very ”tired” and although they were clean and comfortable, the guest rooms were very small. Elevators were dirty.

We stopped by last year and loved it, so we decided to come back this year for the food we enjoyed. The room and location were fine, but this time we noticed the menu prices had gone up by nearly 30% per item. While the food was still good, the price jump was a bit off-putting.
