I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

El hotel es un lugar muy bonito para quedarme. Adoraba la ubicación. Nos quedamos en la habitación Maya. Me encantaba todo. El o mi cosa si pudiera cambiarlo sería un poco más espacio en las habitaciones. Nos encontramos en el baile de todos los alrededores y no podíamos movernos para conseguir el equipaje. Así que esa parte me dejó poco aburrido por falta de espacio en ese aspecto. De lo contrario, no tengo absolutamente ninguna queja. Estaba muy limpio y la cama y la cocina estaba como dormir en nubes. Me encantaba mucho. Era muy cómodo y acogedor. Me encantaba cómo trajeron su servicio de habitaciones con desayuno que era agradable. La estancia se sentía romántica y en general tuvimos un gran tiempo y yo definitivamente estaría de nuevo. Estoy seguro que volveremos para otro aniversario. Estaba aquí celebrando nuestro 25o aniversario y fue perfecto! El personal está acomodado y amigable y el chateau es increíble. Le recomiendo a otros que buscan una divertida habitación temática con jacuzzi también. Muchas cadenas de televisión también ofrecen. Gracias por todo.

Me alegro de tener una piscina. Es una mañana, pero me alegro de que me hayas tomado. La galleta de la recepción es muy deliciosa

¡Nos encanta el Embajador Suites por Hilton! No 1 razón por su seguridad y limpieza! Nos quedamos allí durante 6 noches, y se sentía como en casa. Tienen un refrigerador, microondas, cafetera, TV en el dormitorio y sala de estar, y el barrio que pedimos para el bebé! ¡Más puntos para el lavado en el segundo piso! El desayuno es genial, pero, sabes, seis días con el mismo desayuno? Me gustaría dormir. LOL! Seriosamente, nos encanta lo acogedor que es nuestra habitación!

El hotel es muy cómodo, el desayuno es rico, el típico desayuno buffet estadounidense, hay restaurantes alrededor del hotel - pizza, carne de vajilla, unos minutos a pie

Very nice stay in the heart of Old Town. I lived in Wichita for 6 years when I was stationed at McConnell but this is my first time staying here. Very nice staff, Lester checked me in and Alejandra was a cool bartender to talk to. Room was nice, hotel is beautiful. My only small complaint is that the bathroom was already empty but I just used the handsoap instead. Price wasn't to terrible for the location. 8.5/10

The kids were sooooo excited to go swimming. That lasted approximately 3 seconds once they jumped in! It was freezing!  Anyway, the beds were ridiculously hard. Thin top blanket, but it didn’t matter because the AC kept shutting off. None of us slept well.  Regardless, my 9 year old actually said he would have rather slept in the car while we kept on driving. That’s how uncomfortable he was… 🤷♀️

This is by FAR THE COOOOOOOLEST POOL I'VE EVER SEEN !!! Except if I'm in Vegas....but even then it kicks the butt out of all Vegas pools but a few !!! Very clean, they have a bar with happy hour & 2 free drink tickets & the BEST BREAKFAST EVER !!! Someone actually serves you breakfast !!! Same price as everywhere else if not cheaper !!! 5 STARS BIG TIME !!!
