A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

We went to Ephesus during the day and booked this hotel for the evening. It is 23 mins drive from Ephesus. After checking out the hotel and surroundings, I wish we had booked here for longer. The hotel is across the road from the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend Bottarga restaurant, it is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel has a really nice roof top swimming pool !!! The view is amazing from the roof top. You can see multiple landmarks from Kuşadası at here. The room is really clean and the staff is helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot, we just drive the car to the front of the building and the staff will park it into the parking lot. There two things could be better though: * Breakfast, the options are a bit limited. * Balcony: the room we stayed in does not have a real balcony, but it has a small outdoor space to dry the clothes. However, the drying cord was missing. So we had to dry the swimsuit in the bathroom instead. In the evening, we take a walk along the sea after diner, there was a live music festival. We love the lively feel here.

The room was large with a large bathroom, modern design and furniture. The large balcony has a wonderful view of Kuşadası and the bay. Super clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. TV has Turkish TV world news in English. The breakfast is unbelievable in quality and quantity, buffet style with homemade jams and proper local butter. This is a family run hotel with the most amazing friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying in March so didn’t get to use the swimming pool. There is free parking and it’s 5 minutes walk to the harbor and town. Highly recommended.

We arrived at the hotel during Eid al-Adha.We had made our reservation through Trip.com, but when we arrived, it seemed that our reservation was not showing in the hotel’s system. I believe the intermediary agency may have forgotten to forward the reservation to the hotel. Despite this, the reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted us throughout the process. Thanks to their support, we were able to check in and settle into our room without any issues. First of all, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was served on the 5th floor in a bright and comfortable area, which made for a very pleasant dining experience. The fruit platter provided in the room was also a lovely touch. ☺️ The location is very central, with a Starbucks right downstairs as well as many markets and restaurants nearby. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return.

No entiendo por qué Ctrip no diferencia entre precio y tipo de habitación. Pero si no es necesario tener vistas al mar en la habitación, reservar en Ctrip es más rentable. Después de todo, puedes ver la vista al mar en todas partes fuera de la habitación. El área pública tiene vistas a todo el mar. nadar y tomar el sol en el mar de abajo. El hotel está a unos minutos de la playa de ladies. El cuarto era tranquilo y pequeño, pero suficiente. Había delicioso desayuno en un hermoso jardín. En el baño el agua no se desvaneció de la ducha, así que el suelo estaba siempre húmedo. Las habitaciones estaban cerradas con una llave que también estaba destinada a la electricidad. Se tuvo que sacarla de la puerta de la habitación y no podía abrirla rápidamente en caso de emergencia.

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante 3 días. Tiene una buena ubicación, muy céntrica. Está cerca de la playa municipal y de la playa privada. El personal fue amable. Lo único que faltaba era un ascensor; nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso. Estaba limpia y la limpiaban a diario. El desayuno era un poco escaso, pero no nos quedamos con hambre. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas. En general, el hotel está bien, ¡lo recomiendo!
