La habitación del hotel está limpia y ordenada. La reservé al principio porque teníamos que tomar un avión temprano a la mañana siguiente, porque no era conveniente para nosotros vivir con niños. Solo quería encontrar un restaurante cerca del aeropuerto. Cuando Vi el hotel, me llamé Por lo que puedo imaginar, la recepción es muy amable, el hotel está muy limpio, el aislamiento acústico es muy bueno, los camareros son muy educados y lo más importante es que es muy conveniente para abordar el avión. The hotel is very clean and in a prime location connecting to a mall next door. The housekeepers are also very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much as there is a large variety of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My family and I really enjoyed our time here — the room were cozy, the bed were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We’ll definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay.

두유, 볶음밥, 삶은 계란, 만두국 먹었습니다.
바닥 난방이고 방이 따뜻했는데 약간 덥기도 했어요. 1층에 말씀드리면 바로 온도를 내려 주십니다.

가격이 매우 저렴한데도 장점이 많은 호텔이라

UUsuario invitadoI found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests.
The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

The location is hard to reach by car. Once you know it, it's very convenient.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. 待改進的問題更影響體驗**：一是前台服務態度冰冷，辦理入住時工作人員全程無笑臉，迴應問題機械公式化，沒有主動告知入住注意事項，交流過程生硬，完全沒有五星級酒店應有的熱情與貼心，第一印象大打折扣；二是房間異味問題突出，打開房門就聞到濃烈的腐蝕性刺激性氣味，讓人瞬間不適，雖立即開窗通風並聯系前台反饋，但處理效率低，異味消散緩慢，期間一直擔心影響健康，嚴重破壞了入住心情。此外，房間部分設施稍顯陳舊，比如傢俱邊角有磨損、浴室水龍頭出水不暢，也拉低了整體質感。
整體而言，酒店的地理位置和基礎硬件有優勢，但前台服務的“温度”和房間異味的“治理”是急需解決的關鍵問題。若能針對這兩點優化，再完善設施細節，才能真正匹配五星級酒店的口碑，給客人更優質的入住體驗。

KKelvin帶娃出行訂了大床房，本擔心空間不夠，但是前台幫我們升級了親子的房型，這份貼心真的太戳人了！
升級後的房間超驚喜，B.Duck主題帳篷、飛行棋地毯、卡通抱枕一應俱全，孩子一進門就玩得不亦樂乎，旅途疲憊瞬間消散。房間採光絕佳，大落地窗灑進暖融融的陽光，木質地板温潤舒適，大人休息、孩子玩耍互不打擾。
酒店大堂大氣雅緻，還有「小鳥俱樂部」小童樂園，滑梯、搖搖馬都有，帶娃解放雙手太方便。工作人員Molly全程微笑服務，辦理入住高效又耐心，細節裏滿是關懷。

Las hermanas de la recepción me vieron que traje tres perros especiales y me dije que me habían actualizado una habitación más grande. El viaje fue muy entusiasta. No nos enviamos agua suficiente dos veces. No hay un cuchillo de perro también en el momento oportuno, El desayuno también es delicioso. Nuestro cuarto está listo, aunque no hay ventanas, pero no tiene ningún olor. El calor y el agua caliente son suficientes. La puerta del hotel es la playa de Jinsha.
