¡Experiencia del hotel, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El desayuno es fantástico y ofrece todo lo que quieras cuando visitas a Jinan. Fue mi primera vez que probé especialidades locales como la carne y , y fueron excelentes. La selección occidental también es un espectáculo. Los productos de la panadería son excelentes y los desechos son todos deliciosos. Las instalaciones de baño están muy bien mantenidas, con una piscina 25-metre perfecta para el ejercicio y la relajación. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y recomendaríamos muy bien este hotel.

the rooms were very spacious and clean. Its location is very convenient with walking distance to the Metro station and many restaurants downstair. the only set back is its coffee makers not functioning most of the time. Breakfast is good

¡Recomiendo muchísimo esta habitación doble con vista al mar junto a la playa de Shichangzhe en el distrito de Laoshan! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, lo que la hace increíblemente conveniente. La habitación ofrece una vista panorámica del mar azul, con vista directa a la playa de Shichangzhe. Podrás contemplar el amanecer sobre el mar por la mañana y sentir la suave brisa marina por la tarde. Las camas individuales son amplias y cómodas, la ropa de cama está limpia y confortable, la habitación es luminosa y limpia, y las instalaciones son completas. Great location, we were upgraded to a sea view room with a beautiful view. Leah was very helpful answering all questions and sharing recommendations for good seafood nearby! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would come back again.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. La ubicación es excelente porque nuestra intención era estar en el distrito de Laoshan. El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de las estaciones de Haiyou o de Haichuan en la Linea 2. No somos tan fan de comida china para el desayuno, por lo que el desayuno gratuito no nos fascinaba. Location in quite area,lots of food restaurants close by, no noice of cars or other guests, metro station in 10 min walk with suitcase exit D, 3 stairs + 8 stairs, not exit A as you hve to cross road 4 lanes,breakfastbuffet,coffee nachine,meat with bones fried,boiled,scrambled eggs available, cakes too

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Her attitude was genuinely friendly and patient, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. What impressed me the most was her kindness in offering me a complimentary room upgrade. It was such a pleasant surprise and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was wonderful, and I truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture. It clearly shows her dedication to guest satisfaction and her strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Throughout my stay, Ms. Gao Xue was always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her positive attitude, efficiency, and professionalism reflect very well on the hotel as a whole. Thank you again, Ms. Gao Xue, for your outstanding hospitality.
