Estimado equipo directivo del Hotel IBB: Recientemente tuve el placer de hospedarme en el Hotel IBB de Gdansk y quedé sumamente satisfecho. Les escribo para expresar mi gratitud y aprecio. En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Situado en el corazón de Gdansk, cuenta con excelentes conexiones de transporte y se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de muchas atracciones turísticas. Para los viajeros que disfrutan explorando la ciudad, sin duda es un lugar ideal para hospedarse. En segundo lugar, las instalaciones y habitaciones del hotel son de excelente calidad. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, decoradas con un estilo moderno y confortable, y totalmente equipadas. El servicio de limpieza diario también fue impecable, manteniendo un alto nivel de higiene. Además, el desayuno del hotel es abundante y variado, adaptándose a diferentes gustos. El ambiente elegante del restaurante y el personal amable y profesional hicieron que cada día comenzara de forma placentera. Lo que más me impresionó fue el servicio del hotel. El personal de recepción fue increíblemente atento y servicial. No solo nos proporcionaron abundante información útil para viajar, sino que también estuvieron dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema que surgiera durante nuestra estancia. Este cuidado tan meticuloso hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más perfecta. En general, el hotel IBB Gdansk fue uno de los mejores momentos de mi viaje gracias a su excelente ubicación, magníficas instalaciones y un servicio excepcional. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a todos los viajeros que planeen un viaje a Gdansk. Gracias al Hotel IBB por una estancia tan agradable. Espero volver pronto.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones al igual que el desayuno. Hanitaciones normales. Con lo indispensable. Muy recomendable.

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Situación económica. ¡Bus, tren y tren “de frente a la puerta de la casa” Lidl en el piso inferior! Parking en el TG simplemente pero el precio de 11€ es algo ... pero seguro para ello! desayuno de osos fuertes! Recomendamos. Estudio de fitness en los años no ha llegado mal pero no está bien ... La única verdadera falta ... las damas del servicio que limpian las habitaciones son ”muy, muy superficiales” en el camino. ¡De lo contrario, muy recomendable!

The location is perfect as you are literally in the middle of old town. Nice to have a decent restaurant when your flight arrived late.. the fish and chips I had is perfection. Just a minor comment, the gym has a water fountain but it isnt working.. so maybe remove it or fix it. Other hotels of holiday inn, do have bottle water. For someone who work out for some time.. hydration is needed. Breakfast is fabulous. Nice traditional food and your usual cereals but with freshly baked waffles.. ohh the juice tend to ran out by 9:15 when breakfast runs for about an hour still. All in all, great stay as room is clean with your basics of coffee, tea, a pitcher for your water and nicely filled toiletries. Thanks

El hotel está muy bien, limpio con buen desayuno y sobretodo justo en frente de una parada de autobús que te lleva al centro en 8 minutos

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del casco antiguo y rodeado de numerosos restaurantes, lo que lo hace ideal para explorar la zona. Aparcamiento: El hotel ofrece aparcamiento subterráneo en un edificio cercano. Sin embargo, es bastante caro. Justo enfrente de la entrada, hay un aparcamiento público disponible a mitad de precio. Podría valer la pena considerar esta opción más económica. Desayuno: El desayuno del hotel es algo más caro en comparación con otros hoteles similares. Por suerte, hay muchos restaurantes cerca donde podrá disfrutar de un desayuno más económico en un ambiente relajado.

Each time I come to Gdansk I stay at PURO. Great service, hotel rooms spacious and clean with all amenities. They are very helpful and accommodating with all the requests. And they have a sauna and great bar at the top floor.

La habitación era muy grande para viajeros solos. El hotel está situado frente a la estación de Gdansk Glowny, que se puede cruzar o tomar el paso subterráneo.

This has been the perfect Airport Hotel. Approximately 400m from the terminal - we couldn't ask for closer! The room was cool, clean and comfortable with solid blackout curtains and steady water pressure. Most importantly, when our flight was canceled and we had to wait the staff here went above and beyond in understanding our tiredness and travelers needs. We got our room back and caught up on precious sleep and then while we futher waited on our flight, we were welcome to enjoy the hotels most comfy lobby with great facilities. We are grateful to the to the stuff for giving us a space to relax and unwind making our unexpected delay an enjoyable one. Fully recommend this flight for all international, long haul travellers.
