Hoteles en Medan: Este hotel es un hotel muy agradable. Piscina de techo con una excelente vista a la ciudad de Medan. En una zona agradable con muchos restaurantes populares a una distancia de paseo. El desayuno tiene una buena variedad de platos locales para probar. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay duda de que se quedará aquí otra vez.

Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

Grand City Hall Medan is a genuinely impressive hotel and one of the better luxury stays in Medan. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately tell that this is a true five-star property. The lobby is constantly busy and lively, yet everything feels organised and well controlled. Despite the number of guests coming and going, the hotel maintains a polished and professional atmosphere. The room was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Having access to the indoor pool added an extra touch of luxury and made the experience feel even more premium. The amenities provided were of good quality and reflected the hotel’s upscale positioning. The facilities are another strong point. The swimming pool is spacious and inviting, while the gym is large, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places of interest within walking distance, making it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Breakfast offers a very large selection of dishes, with plenty of local and international options available. While the variety is impressive, the taste of most items was simply decent rather than exceptional. There is certainly something for everyone, but the food itself doesn’t quite reach the same high standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an accident during breakfast service. To the hotel’s credit, the staff handled the immediate situation quite well. We were promptly moved to another table and complimentary coffees were provided, which was appreciated. However, it felt like the incident should have been escalated further to management, where a more meaningful service recovery could have been considered. That said, the incident did not significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. The quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience still stood out. Grand City Hall Medan delivers the comfort, amenities, and level of service expected from a five-star property, and it remains a hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Medan.

Pros: large room, nice view from the window, good breakfast, not bad gym. Cons: Inattentive staff (I had booked a Deluxe room, but they put me in a regular room. Later I had doubts and went back to check if it was really my room. It turned out it wasn't). On the last night the water was black, making it impossible to wash or brush your teeth.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.

Este hotel fue remarcado desde Radisson a aiho .. todavía buena condición ... El proceso de check-in también excelente.. en 5 minutos puedo ir directamente a mi habitación.. el único problema es que sólo tienen 2 ascensores.. a veces en eso no funciona debido al servicio de mantenimiento.

This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

El personal de la casa no estaba a su alrededor para ayudar a corregir la situación. No obstante, en nuestra queja, se nos dio muy disculpa n nos aseguró que era una vigilancia n se tomarán las medidas necesarias para evitar su recurrencia. No hay duda de que volveremos a este hotel en el futuro

Lo que me gusta: La cama, la ducha y la cocina de la habitación. El suministro de agua (agua caliente) y la circulación del aire en el baño - el armario no huele nada, Además de que ofrecen un espacio de estacionamiento gratuito para el huésped que trae un coche, Lo que amo: Menú de desayuno...... más que suficientes opciones, todos los alimentos que como son deliciosos (si no super deliciosos), Provisión de agua potable con un distribuidor de agua Además de la hospitalidad del personal - top notch ... Las cosas que no me gustan: Programa de televisión, nada interesante para mí y no útil en absoluto Extracción de energía demasiado baja y el hecho de que hay una mesa demasiado pequeña para la caldera y la botella de agua .....
