Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

the tea spoon provided was rusty. asked housekeeping service team who is next door for a new spoon and they took one spoon from the toilet, rinse and pass to me. i dont use that spoon after that. pillows super soft and mattress soft firm. location is definitely the best since u have so much more shops all under one roof. room also very spacious with YouTube app. internet speed is fast on laptop with big working desk and table lamp and led light make up mirror. my room is located at level 19. there's water dispenser on the same floor, super convenient. for the price of $120 for sun-mon stay with breakfast includd, its super value for money. no wonder this hotel is often sold out.

Sólo una cosa es acerca del receptor olvidó clave nuestro número de placa de coche para que podamos conseguir estacionamiento gratuito. Quasi queremos pagar rm98 por las tarifas de estacionamiento nocturno.

My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice. The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Great location, but water supply was a real problem Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) Review: Book 2 rooms at Here Hotel Johor Bahru. The location is excellent—right near Sutera Mall with lots of food options around. There are also Karaoke and escape room around the corner. Super convenient for a short trip and Love the nostalgic shophouses vibes!!! However, the water supply was a major issue. The flow was weak and inconsistent, which made showering frustrating. For a hotel room, I expected basic amenities to work properly. Room was otherwise decent and clean, but the water problem really affected the stay. Good for location, but need to manage expectation. But for its price, it is valued for money.

La habitación es 2421.But Lamentablemente, el baño está cerrado y se va a llenar.Así que cada vez que lavamos las manos y las tazas el piso estará húmedo. De lo contrario, estamos contentos con nuestra estadía. Gracias KSL Buen servicio, amigable y bienvenido personal....

La cama estaba cómoda y el cuarto estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para un corto recorrido. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas. El personal fue amigable, profesional y eficiente durante el check-in y el check-out, haciendo que toda la experiencia sea suave y libre de problemas. Aprecié también la limpieza de las instalaciones y el ambiente de bienvenida del hotel. Me gustaría quedarme aquí otra vez en mi próxima viaje a Johor Bahru y recomendaría que cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y cómoda.

Place is huge. Good for family with kids, or even bigger groups, plenty of activities to do within the resort itself. Plenty of ash-tray and rubbish bins around, barely see any litter within compound. Facilities running old, some things in some rooms may not be of a good working condition, ie the wall sockets & aircon.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Resort & Villas Desaru. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful beachside escape. Highly recommended!
