This hotel has a more classic and vintage-style room design, but the space was decent and everything was very clean. One lovely feature is the small chapel in the hotel lobby, which seems to be used for weddings—it added a warm and charming touch. The scenery right next to the hotel is also beautiful, making the overall stay quite pleasant.

very lovely place! it is new (opened in July 2025). The service from when your car is in the porch (There's a valet), till check out, it was perfect. The onsen was great. It's not as warm as the others but it makes staying in the onsen longer possible. Was pleasantly surprised about the complementary dinner and breakfast! Dinner was great and was paced out so it was just nice. For breakfast it was a buffet spread that was great! I love the selection and freshness. It is in between mountains so the drive might be long but so worth it for the price

The female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here. There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance. The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels. There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that. There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

整體感覺非常良好！服務員親切友善！酒店外觀設計現代化，但一踏入酒店內，出奇地將現代設計與古代融合，走廊等佈置似是古式，但佈局卻融合新穎現代感！ 溫泉方面，大浴場泉水浸完令皮膚滑一滑！設計令人舒服，人又唔多，可以慢慢享受！另外，建議大家可以去浸下足湯，室內足湯，可以同親朋飲住嘢浸。室外足湯可以欣賞酒店外風景，櫻花季節應該更正！每間房可於入住期間免費享用一次貨切風呂或按摩，記得scan QR code book 酒店係地下大廳有咖啡/茶/果汁免費供應，仲有雪糕，糕點，值得一提係佢個抹茶cake超好食😋 夜晚仲有酒供應，有興趣嘅可以試吓 你亦可享受自己炒茶葉、煎茶，都幾好玩架！ 唯一要提既係，酒店內好多時要樓梯上落，如果有長者的話，要留意吓

It is an excellent onsen hotel. The service is wonderful. The facility is very good. The dinner and the breakfast are very, very delicious. I have to praise the people working in the hotel as they really care about the customer and explain everything in detail. Excellent experience.

일단 너무너무 친절해서 기분이 좋아요~ 완공되면 다시 갈 생각입니다. 현재 oncri 말구 우오한 일때부터 왔었는데 가라쓰에 이만한 숙소는 없다고 장담해요! 가라쓰에 좋은 추억 안겨주셔서 감사합니다! - 우오한때 있었던 유카타 대여서비스가 다시 생겼으면 더 좋을 것 같아요~

No había muchas reseñas, así que solo miré las de extranjeros. Si no hablas nada de inglés o japonés, puede ser un poco difícil disfrutar del hotel al máximo. ¡No hay guía coreano! Pero el personal es muy amable. Es un hotel lujoso, bonito y limpio, e incluso puedes llegar desnudo y tener todo lo necesario. Puedes pasear por el hotel y el océano frente al hotel con el yukata, el pijama y las zapatillas que te proporcionan. También puedes alquilar una bicicleta por 600 yenes e ir al pinar a comer una hamburguesa Karatsu. Si tienes un poco más de energía, incluso puedes ir al supermercado local. Sin duda, hay huéspedes comiendo en el restaurante, pero el onsen es tranquilo, ¡así que puedes alquilarlo y disfrutarlo! El precio por una noche fue un poco elevado, pero el desayuno estaba delicioso. Pensé que la cena sería un buffet, pero terminé comiendo un menú completo en un restaurante japonés, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. Al día siguiente, al pagar, vi que muchos japoneses disfrutaban del bufé del almuerzo. ¡Debía estar delicioso! Y después de pagar, incluso me llevaron gratis a la estación, incluso sin reserva. ¡Genial!

在一個半山坡上，在意的住在温泉街好一點。 這是個歐式酒店 到處透露着老錢風。 早飯是一份一份上的，沒什麼吃的 一個香腸 一片火腿 兩個麪包，沙拉🥗半個奇異果。 温泉男的女的分開 不換班。女的室內温泉，帶個小室外泡池。也可以到他們同一個集團的另外一家酒店帶頂樓温泉，免費的。 我還是高估了這個小鎮 沒訂酒店的晚飯。 餐飲温泉街上很少 很多沒開。

太良初體驗，從佐賀過來，可以提前約接站，老闆熱情，看到我上海來的，還説起她到過豫園呢！就是竹崎螃蟹🦀沒有想象中辣麼鮮美，4000性價比有點低，但是早餐自助榨橙汁，真心好喝！如果喜歡sake，還是挺不錯的，吃飯時一度覺得這莫不是個酒吧嗎！公休區按摩椅很高級，一掃祐德稻荷爬梯的疲勞，海景房看日出很不錯，可惜睡過頭錯過了！

I really loved my stay at Ureshino Onsen Taishoya. The hot spring was amazingly smooth, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff were so warm and attentive. A truly relaxing and memorable experience — I would love to come back again. ♨️
