Excelente servicio de personal. Aunque el ron no es grande, está bien diseñado. La comida (si incluye el desayuno en su reserva) servida en el restaurante es muy agradable. La cena está muy recomendada.

Location was a llittle far out, not many food options nearby. Had to drive out to the nearest town to get food unless you eat at the dining hall. Stayed in the hill villa and it was so fun. There was a buggy attached to the room that we can use to drive around the hotel's compound to explore, was super fun. They have a pretty decent onsen too (the older part of the hotel). I'm excited for the new pool and would love to be back to stay here again if life permits. Villa was spacious and I love it so much. Super comfortable and there is a deck with a BBQ, deck chairs for chilling, vinyl player, a telescope for stars and it is generally an all round pleasant stay.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and a small shopping mall with a supermarket, making it very easy to get around and pick up daily necessities.

Nice Onsen hotel with great views. Room with a bit of smell and poor maintenance. Can feel the age of this hotel yet appreciate excellent service from hotel staff.

Elegant high-end Ryokan (our first experience as Americans); exceeded every expectation.  Private entrance to Nagashima Spa-Land.  Shuttle to expansive outlet-mall.  30 minute bus or 20 minute taxi to beautiful Gardens (a MUST-SEE) attraction at night.  Zipangu light show is world-class. Ryokan very comfortable for family of 3.  Stayed 2 nights.  Our package deal included a 2-hour private dining traditional Japanese dinner (feast!) and the breakfast buffet is expansive and tasteful. We booked 3 months in advance and plan to return one day!  10 out of 10!

We had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and could see the ropeway cable cars from a distance. Our room was very spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful. There is even an indoor private onsen you can reserve, which the front desk staff recommended we try.

La suite del hotel es de 100 m2 y es enorme. Nuestro apartamento estaba con 3 futones, perfecto para 3 caballeros. El enorme baño estaba bien entregado con las mejores instalaciones cosméticas y toallas fluffy. Todo en el refrigerador era gratis, incluso los vinos. Pero no consumimos nada. El salón del club en el quinto piso ya estaba bien entregado con todo tipo de snacks, bebidas y vinos, abiertos de la mañana a la tarde de la noche. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

We choose this hotel as it’s about 15 minutes drive to the outlet and the park. Amenities are good enough just pick what you need at the lobby. We book the renewed room , even the hotel is a bit old but the rooms with higher rate are renovated. The bed is quite small for 2 but it fine for a night we had good sleep there. Free car parking just show your car park ticket to the staff, free bottle water, free cold wheat tea at lobby, free capsule coffee and tea at room.
