El Hotel Kamenoi está ubicado en la montaña y es uno de los pocos establecimientos en funcionamiento en la zona. Sus instalaciones son muy amplias. Optamos por un paquete de media pensión, que ofrecía una buena relación calidad-precio. Además, como de costumbre, por la noche sirven ramen de cortesía, lo cual es perfecto para los niños en crecimiento. Nos alojamos en una habitación tipo suite que contaba con camas dobles de estilo occidental y tatamis japoneses. La habitación era muy amplia y espaciosa. El agua de los grifos del hotel es agua potable de la montaña, con un sabor fresco, dulce y muy agradable al paladar. Nos encantó. Además, me di un baño en el onsen exterior en medio de la niebla, una experiencia fantástica.

I stayed here from 21 April to 24 April and it was a highlight of my trip. The hotel offers very refined dining experience; instead of a standard kaiseuki, dinner was served course by course. This allowed us to slowly enjoy the incredibly fresh, regional ingredients. It was easily one of the best meals I've had. The onsen is pristine and offers a truly serene atmosphere, facing a lovely garden. Since I visited in late April, I was lucky enough to enjoy the view of cherry blossoms while soaking - a spectacular and relaxing experience. Most importantly, the staff's dedication to service is world class. I realised after checking out that I left my earphones behind. The team was kind enough to courier them directly to my next hotel. I am so thankful for their help. If you want a stay that combines beautiful views with genuine care, this is the place to book.

就是很典型的日式温泉酒店，舊，但舒適。接送機服務、温泉、早晚餐都完美，我們順着山路走到了海邊，風景美到無法用言語形容。 特別棒的是，吃晚餐時候的阿姨，看到我們喜歡盤子下的餐紙，很貼心的給我們捲了新的，語言不通的前提下，如此暖心，是這次旅行中最棒的體驗。可惜不知道她的名字，希望能跟她説聲謝謝。 有機會夏天會再去的！

The location is very convenient, right next to JR Akita Station, close to the city’s tourist attractions. It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. But for some reason, the door of my room could not be closed normally, which made me very confused.

We stayed in the glamping tents on our trip to see the kantou matsuri. The tent was spacious, even with 3 in the tent. The air conditioning was a life saver as it was very hot outside. We were very close to the bathroom facilities where there were toilets, showers, and kitchen space. The hotel allowed us to use the onsen in the main hotel and there was free gelato cups next to the onsen. The women's onsen was supplied with face wash, lotion, hair brush, dryer etc. We had everything we needed, and it was a great experience.

Aunque vive en el piso bajo, el aislamiento del sonido es muy bueno para las ventanas. Si vienes a la próxima vez, también vienes a vivir. Mi plan incluye el desayuno de dos días, y el desayuno puede comer comida en el suelo 👍🏻

Very nice experience. The cafe has a warm and cozy ambience. The room is unique too with nice lakeview. The meals are special too. It is better to order meals during this period as you cannot find food elsewhere easily. It’s strongly recommended to visit the Lake Tazawa. The water is so calm and clear and clean.

I wasn’t too impressed with the top floor public bath at first but the trick is to use the day use one on the ground floor which is connected. My biggest objection is to breakfast ending at 8:30. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked breakfast in advance.

I enjoyed the moment while staying here a lot, the price is so cheap compared to what I got, big room, dinner and breakfast, private bath and public bath access. I believe if you enjoy drinking Sake you will love the bar
