I celebrated with my partner on his 60th birthday, which he could not stop saying how great a gift it was for his birthday. We had an amazing time. The staff was lovely, on arrival and during the stay, I would definitely recommend the Moom Palace hotel to anyone . I am definitely going back  Pru

The service was terrible I called like 10 times to get a iron to use before someone was sent to the room,after I had to wore my blouse crush on the road, because they didn't bring us a iron until the day was finish 1 of our towel was taken up by a worker sametime the iron was brought to the room only to know they draw 2000 out our security fee for towel we didn't take , even tho the front desk attendant tell us tht our security deposit will be fully refunded,I'd never visit this lodge again or tell anybody about it,the AC doesn't work u can hardly find anything on the television to watch the channels have scary movies only

El hotel era bueno para mi compañero y yo. Nos quedamos hasta 2 noches y era nuestro lugar seguro para descansar después de las actividades en Ochi Rios. El WiFi era bueno para nosotros. El personal era amable y útil cuando necesitamos ayuda. El hotel está rodeado de árboles y plantas, y el baño puede ser más limpio, basándose en mi preferencia (no en la suciedad de la que se me ha dado cuenta), y no me gustaba la cortina de ducha que estaba ahogada. El baño completo se moja cuando se ducha.

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The nightly activities were fun, the room service was also great. We had a variety of restaurants to choose from each day for lunch and dinner. There was a pool bbq everyday and so much more. We stayed at the luxury side of the hotel which was all inclusive. I would recommend this place as I would definitely go back.

酒店海灘很不錯，房間很大，窗外就是大海。酒店叫出租也方便，酒吧白色皮膚金髮的男工作人員很熱情，酒店的海鮮做的很棒！ 不足：打掃衛生不及時，女服務員懶洋洋的，換兩條浴巾和浴液，垃圾一倒就算完了，房間不給擦也不給掃，張口就要小費，望加以培訓。
