We decided to book a staycation with a runaway facing room since our son loves aeroplanes. The room overall was on point and the view did not disappoint. The breakfast buffet was average and since we stayed just one night, can't comment on variability of dishes. The terrace pool was clean and well maintained, however not large in size. Since there were only 2 groups of 2 guests using the pool, there was no issues. All in all, it was worth the value.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

The location of this proprty is apt, they served us chai as welcome drink which was refreshing because we checked in during the evening after a long day of trqveland this hotel also has a roof top pool.

Llegué a la 1am la ubicación dentro del aeropuerto es excelente y el check in fue muy rápido, me acompañaron a mi habitación y muy limpia cama cómoda con todo lo necesario, agua sale rápidamente caliente y buena presión en la regadera. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, delicioso! La atención muy buena. Al día siguiente hice el check in y solo subí el elevador para tomar mi próximo vuelo Vale la pena para no tener que salir del aeropuerto si tienes una escala y debes pasar la noche.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy buena. メトロから近く、朝食は本当に素晴らしい　美味しい 部屋も綺麗に保たれておりスタッフも親身に対応してくれ満足できるホテルです

1. Internet in the room did not work for more than one device and attempts by the hotel to rectify resulted in even the TV not working. 2. We had to sign a declaration outside food and beverages will not be consumed in the room. We found this very archaic and dictatorial, and a bit offensive for the guests. 3. The food and beverages in the hotel restaurant is frightfully expensive.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for making everything very special

Beautiful hotel and great location but service wasn’t great in parts. Mostly in the bar, restaurant for breakfast - very slow and also a lot of items not available. Our iron didn’t work in the room and they forgot to do the turndown service on night 1. We had a good stay but a few areas for improvement.
