It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

Arrived late and it was raining lightly. Lovely to walk undercover to the hotel, which was clearly signposted and have a smooth check-in. Gorgeous breakfast with so  many options!Took a swim in the pool and wished I had more time to indulge in a massage. Late check out and a quick walk back to the airport meant this was a very enjoyable stopover.plus

From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.
