Good quality hotel with good breakfast. Nothing need to big improvement and only the toilet door is big interesting,,, experience yourself.

The most wonderful hotel! We love the Radisson all around the world! This had a beautiful view, fabulous staff and a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar which was fantastic! Our stay, unfortunately, was too short!

Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

La cama estaba confortable. La vista fue increíble. El personal estaba muy amigable. La ubicación está muy cerca del centro, pero arriba de una colina muy tranquila. La comida es buena, EXCEPTO el mutton biryani. No ordene a la Mutton Biryani que era sólo carne dura grasa que no podía masticar a menos que quieras sentirse como si estás masticando una vieja pieza de goma.

Месторасположение отличное, вилла находится в достаточно дорогом районе на холме, единственный минус - тяжело добираться пешком, крутая горка. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, все показали, рассказали, хозяин был на связи. В конце даже проводили до автобусной остановки и показали отличный вид с крыши дома. К номеру тоже никаких вопросов, свет и горячая вода были, единственное - слабый WiFi непосредственно в номере, но это мелочь

This hotel in Sigiriya was very nice, the room was spacious, the food selection at the restaurant was great! :) the pool is facing the Lion’s rock and it’s super beautiful. The hotel is just 5 to 10 mins drive to the rock , so quite convenient to get there for your hike. Recommend you to do hike in the early morning , so there are not so many people. The service was excellent. Recommend.

Номер в отеле разочаровал. У нас был забронирован номер с одной двуспальной кроватью и одной односпальной. В итоге в номере было три кровати - две односпальных сдвинуты в одну. Это неудобно. При этом одеял было всего два. Односпальных. На детской кровати не было одеяла, только простыня. И когда мы попросили еще одеяло, так его и не дождались. Кондиционер в номере очень шумный, захлебывающийся. Полночи будил своими хрипами. И его никак не отключить с пульта. Где находится его розетка - мы обнаружили только под утро. Номер очень старый. В ванной стоит подставка под щетки плетеная, покрытая плесенью, к ней даже прикасаться страшно, не то что щетки складывать. На завтрак пришло много народу и чтобы взять чашечку доя кофе - приходилось стоять в очереди и ждать. Отель заявлен, как 5 звезд премиум отель, но этих 5 звезд я не увидела. Очень понравилась территория отеля, очень красивое и живописное место. Но возвращаться сюда мне бы не хотелось.

Pros: -Great location, beautiful view of the river -Wonderful dinner buffet Cons: -Check in took close to an hour as they couldn’t find my booking. Had to reach out to trip.com for help. That said trip customer service is excellent -Rooms are quite old and had a musky smell

A hotel with a magnificent view. It is really hard to find such a view. Especially the view from the top bar floor is extraordinary. The rooms could be cleaned more meticulously. It is not dirty but it could be cleaned more meticulously. The breakfast was average, the dinner menu was not very extensive, at least in the bar section. The welcome in the lobby was respectful and smiling. We were offered hot towels and fruit juice as soon as we arrived. The hotel is on the slope of a hill but I think the lack of a link bus service to the city center is a shortcoming.
