The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

The accommodations were satisfactory for a three-star hotel. The flooring consisted of a luxurious wool carpet, and the room's décor was tasteful. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

La ubicación del hotel es muy estratégica, el personal del hotel es amable, solo necesita mejorar en términos de limpieza y disponibilidad de habitaciones en el check-in.

Nice place to stay in the city of Pekanbaru… Easy access to everywhere… Room is too spacious and comfortable… Breakfast menu is amazing and delicious too… Highly recommended…

Second time stay @dafam. Everything is good especially the breakfast. I love the omelette so much. The room and the bed ar large.

La habitación es muy buena, es muy espaciosa, pero la habitación no es limpia.. es amarillo 😫😫... el carpeta es sucio.. la mesa de cabeza tiene pinturas.. y el peor es el aire con aire acondicionado no funciona bien.. Ya se quejó y se comprobó, pero el resultado fue el mismo.
