這絕對是美娜多最棒的一家度假村，雖然位置有一點遠離市區（但絕對美麗的海景一定是遠離市區的），它有自己的碼頭，和潛店。家人們誰懂啊，怎麼沒有中國人住啊。 下午2點去住，我提早一個多小時就到了，有歡迎飲料和三明治（三明治我是真的沒想到），非常貼心。度假村小但是很美麗，有非常非常棒的日落，看到了藍調時刻，我定的是水邊房，打開房門就是海。沒得讓我窒息，這個價格能訂到這種房間，哪裡找啊！！！並且房間非常大，淋浴區我沒拍照，乾淨又大，裝修有特色。（官網圖能不能重新拍啊，你們度假村沒的不得了，攜程裏面的圖也太醜了） 晚餐是7點開始的，因為和市區很遠，基本上都選擇在酒店裡吃，價格還OK，味道也OK，畢竟美娜多的菜我真心不大吃的慣，這家還可以的。 對於潛水員來説這一定是個很好的度假村，有自己的潛店，有自己的快艇，還有每天的潛點行程安排，真的超過了我的預期，下次來美娜多我一定會再來cocotinos的。 員工説他們老闆是意大利人，走的時候還給我手寫了感謝信💌這種服務真的好打動人，希望你們的生意越來越好，來美娜多潛水的朋友們看看這家店吧💗100分推薦

Viajé a Manado y reservé el hotel Luley. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy bueno y es muy rentable por el precio de la habitación. Pero la habitación es realmente demasiado vieja. El mando a distancia del televisor de la habitación estaba roto y hubo que volver a pegarlo con pegamento para vidrio. El lavabo estaba lleno de grietas y no había tapa cuando cayó agua en la habitación. Lleve una tetera al dispensador de agua en el pasillo para buscar agua... Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

Had an enjoyable stay. Nice buffet breakfast. Good wifi, AC, and hot water. The rooms are small but comfortable. The location was great for my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.
