the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Todo fue genial.. una cosa que debemos considerar es sobre las instalaciones de gimnasio que ya son bastante viejas.. pero está bien..

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el baño y la habitación están limpios, pero sería mejor que se le devuelvan a la limpieza de las camas y de las cucharas, reemplazar una limpia antes de que los nuevos huéspedes se queden en la habitación designada. Recomendado .. Gracias 🙏🏻

Hotel limpio, bueno, estratégico, sólo falta de piscinas y el gimnasio está equipado de nuevo, definitivamente añadir el mejor hotel si la piscina y el equipo de gimnasio están equipados de nuevo

Las instalaciones de la habitación son más antiguas, las condiciones de higiene son generalizadas, hay más comida cercana, la tarjeta de habitación también tiene que pagar oro, la música de noche es especialmente grande, es más dulce
