The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

Decent location for one night stopover. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room pretty basic but all okay for what we paid. Downfall was the noise early morning, being woken to trucks beeping and reversing at 7am on a Sunday isn't my idea of a good night's sleep (which is all we really needed, this was the followed by trolleys clanking and banging, so think this is a real downfall to what should have been a nice little stopover. I advised the receptionist and she said it was the deliveries....which I understand are needed ....but not 7am on Sunday surely and if so some more thought for those sleeping. Sadly this affected my overall rating as really you pay to have a good sleep but I didn't get that.

Me alojé aquí con otras dos personas por 2 noches para asistir a un evento. Fue perfecto para nuestras necesidades. Habitación muy bonita que estaba excepcionalmente limpia y una fantástica ducha a ras de suelo. Tener mucho estacionamiento y estar cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes fue muy útil. Fue muy fácil caminar a los lugares donde necesitaba estar. ¡El desayuno era bueno! Nada excepcional, pero la selección continental cumplió su cometido y, a pesar de la limitada comida caliente, aún pude prepararme unos buenos sándwiches de tocino. Todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial. Muy asequible y sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

¿Dónde comenzar con esto? La primera vez que me pidió que cancelara, ya que estaba a punto de bajar con los síntomas de la COVID, Ramada Telford no parece estar en lo cierto, así que esa solicitud fue negada (no hay oferta de otra estancia, o reembolso parcial, nada). En el check-in (y en el sitio web, foto acompañada) no me dijeron nada sobre la piscina que estaba fuera de servicio. Se da cuenta que era. No hay oferta de una devolución total o parcial. Nada. Afortunadamente, el viaje ha entrado con un buen gesto de voluntad. Hablar con algunas personas (enumeradas a continuación) por correo electrónico y basicamente decir ”no pueden hacer nada” y ”es culpa del viaje” que el sitio web no refleja que su piscina había sido desactivada desde diciembre. ¡AVIDA AVIDA! We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights as we come to visit friends in Shrewsbury. Hotel is near ring road, so some distance from the town centre but this is not a problem for us we have the use of car. It paid just £70 a night for two with breakfast included, which is great value for money. The room is quite spacious. We particularly like the shower. There is a little bench inside the cubicle, which is super handy. The water pressure can Make England Great Again. The hot water temperature was fantastic as well. I found the bed decent although I have stayed in some other hotels with better bed. Somehow I felt it was not as wide as I liked. The mattress was okay and I had reasonably good sleep for both nights. The breakfast was about average. But given the cost I have no complaints whatsoever.

In general the hotel was really nice however I would say the hotel should invest in soft closing doors on the rooms and on the wardrobes. Both me and my partner had 2 nights at the hotel and had poor sleep both nights due to how loud the room doors are when being closed. The room was nice and the food in the restaurant was excellent but I likely wouldn’t stay here again due to how loud it was and how poor sleep quality I had.

This hotel was located just off the motorway, and fairly easy to find. Upon arrival/check in we were informed of our room number and given our key card, however no information was provided. ie (check out times, breakfast times, any of the bar/restaurant details, pool/fitness centre details. We had to go back and forth to reception through out to get the information we needed. Fortunately the staff were friendly and welcoming which made easy to approach them. Room was nice, bit cramped even for a king privilege room. Not much space to walk, too many unnecessary chairs. Room and bathroom was clean. Mini fridge was nicely stocked up with water and soft drinks for free. TV in the room was a smart tv, allowed us to watch Netflix via screen mirroring which was excellent. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Sockets and USB charging points on both sides of the room, great for charging multiple devices. Full length mirror and cupboard space to hang up clothes. Nice gown and slippers presented neatly on the bed. We did visit the pool facilities on multiple occasions during our stay. It was just a medium size. With a separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Pool water was nice temperature, slightly warm which felt really nice. Lighting in the pool area was poor, quite dimly lit. Lockers in changing area needs a padlock, as we didn’t know we didn’t take out. Some chairs are available on the pool side which we were able to put out things. Dining room was nicely laid out with ample space to move around. Breakfast had multiple options including vegetarian options available on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.
