This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

La habitación es muy pequeña.con precio muy caro.La habitación no es realmente una habitación, la ventana es tan pequeña, no se puede ver nada dentro de la habitación. Además, la habitación es muy vieja y oscura, el tapón de agua en el baño fuera de orden y no hay energía para ducha!

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.

Easy to find. Parking a short distance from entrance. If you are in anyway disabled you can drop off my main entrance but cannot park. There is no lift in the hotel so if disabled you are going to need to ask for a ground floor room. I didn't know there was no lift so they had to quickly change my top floor room to ground floor room. They did this effortlessly despite being fully booked. The room smelt unpleasant so I kept window open and used air freshener. There was no remote for the TV and when they found a spare remote, the TV didn't work. They brought in a second TV and the manager was a hilarious man who made me roar with laughter as he tried to resolve the issues. The food was good. I stayed two days. I would come back.

La ubicación del cuarto es excelente. Hay una entrada para el parque de juegos de 1 minuto a pie. Puede ver el mar inmenso a través de la carretera. La decoración del cuarto es muy nueva, el desayuno es bueno, es un gran hotel en Blackpool

Justo al lado de M6, muy tranquilo, conveniente para conducir, más lugares de coche y gratis. El desayuno es rico y el tamaño de la habitación es adecuado. Sin embargo, no hay aire acondicionado, no hay equipaje de elevación, está un poco cansado, y el pulso del caballo es demasiado grande.
