Hotel parking is ridicules, however there us ample parking right next to hotel £14.00 for 24 hours. Reception area was clean and tidy and check in was fast and straightforward. Rooms clean and they come with a fan which was fantastic. Beds were ok. Location was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.

I was truly disappointed with the hotels services E.g The WiFi was not working in the bedrooms and only in the lobby.The receptionist were not that polite.My daughter who is deaf was told when she complained about the WiFi and she was told that it’s not the hotels responsibility for the WiFi.

預約了兩大一小，到後講無房給我，只有雙人房，我答我就係book雙人房，她們話雙人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退錢。我話但trip.com顯示得我先book,甘我而家加錢book多間她又答無房，最後我理論左好耐就安排雙人房加叠床給我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人數，以免有下一個受害者。

Attended 2-3 hours earlier for a backpack drop off only to be told there is no room. Paid £15 for early check-in, which was just under 75% of the total cost of room. Room had dirty remote control, broken show curtain, and no shower gel. The view wasn't great over a back street. The team wasn't attentive when at the desk. Previously, travelodges have provided a better service. Hopefully Feb and March stays at other travelodges will be better.

Stayed over nye, quiet area near all facilities,parking had to be paid but expected that ,room very clean slightly compact bathroom but usable

The Travelodge at South Promenade is in a great location. Opposite the Pleasure Beach, close to the tram and bus stops. A Wetherspoons and clise by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel was very clean. It offers a bar/ restaurant if you nned to eat.

I had booked a hotel for two rooms . Only to find out when I get there that one of the rooms were at a different hotel. I asked if we can transfer them to outlets hotel only to be told we had to pay an extra 200 pounds . I booked for the hotel for two bedrooms and that something I didn’t get . Breakfast was appalling bacon was horrible and so was the service . Orange was even turned on so got water and had to tell them it was working .

We rented 6 rooms & also paid for Breakfast. The coffee machine was out of order & no one listen when we complained about it.
