Pleasant room. Only stayed for 8 hours in total, so did not use any of the hotel amenities. Decor is looking a little worn but far from outdated and dilapidated. Bedroom was a fair size and tidy. Tea/coffee supplies, bottled water, hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo/shower gel. The only thing thing letting the stay down was the bed. The frame felt a little unstable and the mattress felt very ‘bouncy’ and cheap. I still managed to sleep ok but I have slept in much more comfortable beds at basic hotels. Overall, for the amount I paid, it was well worth the stay.

Estaba aquí para el matrimonio de un amigo este fin de semana! Tenía un apartamento para la noche. Era muy agradable y bien equipado incluso tenía té, café y leche en la nevera que no se esperaba como cocina. La habitación no estaba muy bien dormida, pero no podía conseguir ningún aire acondicionado para trabajar y no estaba seguro de que las habitaciones estaban en ellas. Luego, en la mañana, se dio cuenta del radiador de toallas en las suites que se dejaron en calor completo, suponiendo que por el mantenimiento de la casa, de modo que no ayudaba con el tiempo caliente. ¡El hotel está muy bien situado y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de Corriendo y no sentía muy limpio y spa como lo que es una vergüenza como esperaba un spa relajado.

La habitación está bien equipada, el spa es un tratamiento después de un largo día de viaje. El personal es amigable y útil en general. Mi habitación tiene una salida de energía probablemente debido a un circuito trincado. El hotel envió ayuda rápidamente, y ofreció cambiar mi habitación a la puerta de la puerta, después de un par de intentos fallidos de reactivar el poder.

Nice little inn off the highway and it’s a hidden gem! Nice Italian decor especially in the restaurant. That continues into the room where my wife commented it made her think of the room we stayed in Venice. Another great thing is that they warmed up the room before we got there, so it’s nice and warm we entered it.  Restaurant also served good Italian food. Would stay there again!

Great location, easy to park (and for free). The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The only negatives were quite a dirty carpet and moths on the towels (there were 5 moths when I walked in the bathroom).

El hotel es bueno, el invierno es caliente y el verano es bueno, no necesita aire acondicionado (y no hay aire acondicionado), la temperatura es muy diferente por la mañana y por la noche, la atención a la caída de la ropa, la ciudad es caliente y temprana, es que el tren a Londres es demasiado caro

The location of the Langstone is very good as were all of the staff and the breakfast, the only let down was the lack of cleanliness of our room. Coffee mugs and glasses in the room were dirty, the horizontal surfaces dusty, the high and low corners of the room cobwebbed. The mirrors and windows unclean . The bathroom fittings etc were very tired and the bath bottom uninviting. The  view of a fig tree was OK but the area around it unkempt. The beds, twin, though we had anticipated a double we’re clean and comfortable. The light above the mirror was not working. We did ask for the room to be serviced after our first night, unfortunately only the beds were remade and the waste bin emptied. No cleaning attempted nor towels changed. I do feel that there may be a lack of pride in the job from some of the staff but the cobwebs and dust were long standing. Would we stay again , possibly, as on checking out we made the above comments and received apologies and a note for an upgrade for any next visit.  We had spent the previous night in a Premier Inn in Salisbury and the cleanliness there was was very good.

Very conveniently situated at Fleet services.The male receptionist was very polite, well spoken and helpful. The female receptionist in the morning was also polite and friendly. Although the hotel looks a bit tired it was spotlessly clean in the bedroom, with good quality amenities in the bathroom. The only downside was on arrival I was told I had to pay £5 for parking. When I queried it, I was today that if I had booked on the hotel website the parking is free!

Stay every year for a specific work commitment. Hotel gives me what I need and in the perfect location for work. I know what I will get every time.

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay
