I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Estuve 4 días en total y en general me sentí muy bien. Como era temporada baja, la relación precio/rendimiento era muy adecuada. Había alguien que lo guió cuando llegó a la entrada del hotel y la recepción fue muy eficiente. La habitación no es grande pero está muy limpia. La calefacción por suelo radiante es muy, muy suficiente. La única insatisfacción es que la lavadora de autoservicio no es fácil de usar. El servicio de habitaciones fue muy satisfactorio, cuando pedí papel y agua a la una de la mañana la respuesta fue muy rápida. El desayuno definitivamente tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio, hay muchas variedades y el sabor no es malo, pero el jugo mezclado con agua no es delicioso.

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. La habitación estaba extremadamente limpia y tranquila. Las condiciones sanitarias del baño también son muy buenas y también hay una pequeña mesa de té. Detrás se encuentra el lago del parque, que resulta especialmente pintoresco. El estacionamiento también es muy conveniente. La habitación también es bastante grande y muy rentable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 滿分強推，酒店細節拉滿，滿意不踩雷！ 這家酒店是領隊小哥哥推薦的小鎮上最好的一家酒店，也是我們在青甘大環線入住最讓人意外、最喜歡的一家。位置很好找，酒店大堂也很雅緻，前台辦理入住很快速，小姐姐耐心介紹了周邊的景點和小吃街很貼心，酒店洗衣房、健身房、氧氣、加濕器、無線充、藍牙音響一應俱全，無論是朋友出行還是帶父母都可，入住體驗很棒。我們住的是雙床房，房間內贈送了小零食還放有歡迎信 很意外。衞生很好，洗手間乾濕分離很人性，窗外視野很開闊，一望無際，看起來就很放鬆治癒，幸運的是天氣也很給力，天空特別湛藍，4月的青海很應景。 另外必須要敲重點，床品舒適還有零壓枕，這個枕頭真是救了我，早餐廳菜都炒的很好吃，還有青海特色的狗澆尿餅和青稞餅碳水腦袋錶示巨好吃😋
