The staff was extremely polite and helpful towards us. They let us leave our luggage for the day. The only downside was that almost none of the sockets worked in our room, but other than that this is a solid hostel for this price range.

It is a nice and clean hotel. The service pretty great, they show their hospitality. However, there is only thing need to improve is the elevator. There is only one elevator in used, and another on is out of order for some reason. We need to waiting there for like 10 min to get on the elevator. Overall, it is nice and clean hotel. If you want go to CAKA for next day. It is a good option -they are only ten min drive from hotel to CAKA.

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Modern room, fabulous breakfast with Chinese & western food. The staff was exceptional - I was waiting eagerly for my Tibet visa courier and they updated me hourly. And 1 staff even walked to a nearby courier drop-off to help me check. Highly recommend to stay when I visit Xining. Loved their free washing machines & dryer service!

The shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob,one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold. Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage. Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.

這次走青甘大環線，大柴旦是重要一站。之前做攻略聽説這裏海拔高、氣候幹，晚上容易睡不好，心裏還挺忐忑的。沒想到這家酒店裡有加濕器和新風系統，晚上睡覺不乾燥，酒店供氧早上起來也沒有高原不適感，這個酒店就在大柴旦鎮上，去翡翠湖、水上雅丹、南八仙魔鬼城也很方便。周邊吃飯、補給都很便利，自駕過來完全不繞路。酒店自帶超大停車場，地面平整、車位充足，我們到了以後輕鬆停好車，再也沒有挪過，去哪都方便。酒店健身房器材齊全，洗衣房免費使用（對長途旅行的人來説太重要了，衣服終於能洗得乾乾淨淨）。酒店推門進去第一感覺——乾淨、明亮、沒有異味。床品又軟又親膚，衞生間乾濕分離。再次誇一下最讓我感動的是，房間裏同時配備了供氧設備和加濕器。要知道大柴旦海拔約3200米，空氣含氧量低且極其乾燥。之前幾晚住其他酒店經常半夜口乾舌燥、頭疼醒，但這一晚開着加濕器加供氧，一覺睡到天亮，醒來神清氣爽！
