I stayed at the Hilton Friendship Hotel during my business trip in Yongcheng and it was an amazing experience! The front desk staff, Aami, was extremely friendly and warm when handling check-in and check-out procedures. Every detail was taken care of perfectly, making me feel extremely warm upon my arrival. The entire process was efficient and comforting, like a gentle breeze blowing over me, and all the travel fatigue vanished. The room was also very clean, which is exactly what you would expect from Hilton. I must give Aami a full 5-star rating every time I stay there. Highly recommended! 👍

Service is very good, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Suggestions well respected. Request to send us to bullet train station, they only charge a nominal fee, no surcharge. Free pickup from the station also. The car trunk is pretty big. Washing machine and drier, iron pad, small gym also. Facilities are well above the normal three star hotel. The hotel is humble and ready to take suggestions for improvement. The only pity is there is no tower hanger in toilet. All others are good.

出來辦事隨便訂的店，沒想到挖到寶藏，整體特別接地氣，一點不敷衍。先説衞生，進屋第一眼看着就舒心，桌面地面無灰塵，衞生間乾爽沒有黴味，毛巾被褥摸起來軟軟的，一看就是勤換洗。設施很實用，空調製冷穩定，夜裡睡覺不吵，熱水全天供應，不用等半天。店裡自帶洗衣區域，外出多天不用帶一堆臟衣服，這點太貼心。老闆和前台待人都很實在，沒有冷冰冰的客套，有問題隨口一問都耐心解答，停車位置充足，周邊吃飯買東西也近。價格親民，沒有隱形消費，住得踏實安心，不像有些酒店徒有外表。以後再來這邊還選這家，真心推薦給趕路、出差的朋友！

Conduje temporalmente por Yucheng y elegí el hotel Viena: la habitación era muy nueva y el estado de salud era bueno. Tengo dos opiniones, una es que el agua de la ducha no es fácil de regular, o es fría o caliente. En segundo lugar, el desayuno sigue siendo aburrido y las carnes como las salchichas y el tocino parecen muy baratas. La sopa picante para el desayuno estaba bien.

This place was just as I expected. For anyone who has not stayed at such a place, I want to clarify the description. This is a hostel. There is a single toilet and shower for the entire floor. You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use. Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.

Upgraded me to a larger, quieter room for free which was very kind. There’s also a spa you can use for free next door. However, the room had a bad odour, but perhaps that was just that one room and not all of them.
