Es mi primera vez que me alojo aquí. El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado y debería haber sido inaugurado hace unos años. Hay una entrada de metro abajo. Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren sur de Nanjing en solo 2 paradas de metro. También hay una tarjeta del equipo del salón ejecutivo. Consideraré quedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

La transición de mis 21 años, de la primavera al verano, marcó el inicio de mi exploración del sur. Desde Wuxi a Suzhou, de Shanghái a Hangzhou. El destino final del viaje fue Nankín, y me alegro mucho de ello. Elegí este albergue por su belleza y limpieza. Pero parece que no es solo limpieza y belleza; también ofrece risas, humor, respeto y orden. Cada ciudad engendra una forma de vida diferente. El recibimiento de Nankín me hizo sentir excepcionalmente cómodo. Hay muchos albergues en línea con juegos de mesa viejos, instrumentos musicales sin usar y jóvenes no tan jóvenes. Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

Ubicación perfecta, a 1 minuto andando de una estación de metro. Además, se encuentra a 10/15 minutos andando de algunas de las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Al encontrarse en uno de los centros neurálgicos, tiene de todo muy cerca (tiendas de conveniencia,puestos de comida, restaurantes, etc...) El hotel en general es impecable: Gran limpieza, habitaciones impresionantes y calidad buenísima por el precio ofrecido. El ambiente del hotel, con un parecido a una zona tradicional Japonesa, es innegablemente atractivo. El desayuno es delicioso, con gran variedad y algunas cosas que normalmente no encuentras en un buffet como serían mochi frescos a diario. En resumen: Si estás dispuesto a pagar un poquito más que la mayoría de hoteles de la ciudad pero sin irte de presupuesto y quieres una experiencia de lujo, cuidada al detalle y con una calidad espectacular, este es tu hotel.

We absolutely love our stay at Club Med Nanjing, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially for families who love the outdoors. The nature aspect of this resort is simply stunning. You can spend days just exploring the grounds, walking through the lush scenery, and discovering little hidden spots around the property. Our kids were constantly engaged, curious, and excited to see what was around the next corner. That said, what really made our stay special was the staff. I was genuinely surprised by how well the team speaks English. As foreign guests, we never once felt lost or unable to communicate. A very special call-out to Zai Zai, Diana, and Frankie—they have been incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We later learned that they studied at university in Australia, which explains why communication felt so easy and natural. For any international travelers worried about a language barrier – don’t be. This team has you covered.. But more than just language, it’s their attentiveness to our children that blew us away. Diana, in particular, went above and beyond. She noticed how hard it can be to juggle three kids, so she would walk with us to the elevator and even push the button for us. It sounds like a small thing, but when you have your hands full with little ones, those little gestures mean the world. She also constantly checked in on our children, making sure they were happy, comfortable, and never left out. There were a couple of kids' facilities that were closed during our visit—slightly disappointing at first. But honestly, the staff turned that around completely. They were so accommodating, quickly pointing out alternative activities and making sure our children always had something fun to do. Whether it was a quick arts band crafts setup, a guided nature walk, or just extra time at the play areas that remained open, the team made sure no moment felt wasted. The kids didn't even miss the closed facilities in the end. Because of that, this resort is a fantastic holiday option for parents who actually want to relax. You can finally sit back, enjoy a coffee or a quiet moment, knowing your kids are not only having a blast but are also being genuinely looked after. The peace of mind that comes with that is priceless. If you're a family that loves nature, values warm service, and wants a holiday where both parents and children come back happy and rested—book Club Med Nanjing. And say hello to Zai Zai, Diana, and Frankie. They're the best.

Por recomendación de un amigo, al venir a Suzhou esta vez, no dudé en elegir de nuevo este acogedor hotel en Guanqian Street. El estilo de decoración es muy elegante, y justo abajo está Guanqian Street; a solo unos pasos se llega a la calle principal de Guanqian Street. Se puede pasear tranquilamente hasta Pingjiang Road, y cerca hay una estación de metro. Está a una parada del Museo de Suzhou y de los Jardines del Administrador Humilde, y a solo unas pocas paradas de la Estación de Suzhou y del Centro de Suzhou. Otros lugares cercanos incluyen el Centro Comercial Cangjie, el Mercado de la Torre Doble y la Universidad de Suzhou. La ubicación es excelente. Hay que decir que me he alojado en muchos hoteles Hyatt (Global Harbour Hyatt en Shanghai, Jiading Hyatt, Songjiang Hyatt, etc.), ¡pero esta es mi primera vez en Wuxi Hyatt! Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!
