Excellent hotel right next to the city's central square. Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff. On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow. Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

Un hotel excelente para una estancia corta. La habitación incluye artículos de aseo, cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes. La ropa de cama es blanca e impecable. La manta tiene peso. La almohada es nueva. El hotel ofrece acceso gratuito a la sauna y la piscina de 8:00 a 16:00. Los desayunos son muy completos y deliciosos. Fuera de temporada, ofrecen opciones a la carta en lugar del bufé. Tenga en cuenta que esta habitación dúplex es individual y tiene una escalera muy empinada, casi vertical. Puede que no sea adecuada para todos. Por lo demás, ¡recomiendo este hotel con total confianza!

Замечательный отель в центре. С армянским колоритом и гостеприимством. В номере 2 бутылки воды, нам любезно предложили второе одеяло чтобы комфортно расположится. Есть зубные щетки в ванной. На ресепшен нас угостили вкуснейшим маринованным кизилом и своими настойками - это чудо какое то. Нам все понравилось. Приедем еще !)

Выбирали отель по удобном для нас местоположению и адекватной стоимости. Были гостиницы и дешевле, но все таки решили остановится здесь. Вот вообще не пожалели! Отель уютный до невозможности, сотрудники все приветливые, вежливые. Номера отличные, просторные. Все чистенькое, аккуратненькое! Всем советую этот отель!
