Hotel entrance was hidden and hard to find. Lobby looked nice but was full of luggage. Check in was a bit slow but they offered couple bottles of free alcohol which was nice. Breakfast was set menu which had only few choices and not everything I like. The egg was nicely done. For the Guestroom, TV was small, no USB-C charging port, carpet a bit dirty, the table was too small to work, toilet vanity counter was small, curtain not full blackout.

Super convenient and cozy hotel. It is located in Shijo, just 1 block way from the busiest Sanji, just 20 mins walk to the river. Lots of interesting shops along the road, good to explore.

This hotel exceeded my expectations (despite them being high in the first place). The staff is amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and had excellent complimentary amenities. I would stay again. I had booked the deluxe twin if that helps!

On couple of occasions the house keeping entered my room without announcing and opened my door directly, I find it really rude and disrespectful. But have to say the location is great and cleanliness is very good.

Location is great since it is right next to the metro station Shijo. However bear in mind that there is no direct elevator if you travel with large and heavy suitcases. Very clean and quiet room if you request in advance. However, reception can barely speak any English which causes misunderstandings... I tried to borrow an adapter and got turned away... Can't imagine that a hotel chain like this simply does not have any power adapter. Breakfast is very cheap, no buffet breakfast therefore I would suggest not to book any hotel breakfast. There is a washing room on 2nd floor can be used with coins. however my clothes not well cleaned since it is only 35min washing cycle. But can somehow meet needs if you would like to quickly wash your dirty laundry :)

Great location few minutes walk from subway station and bus station . The room was great

Room size is a bit small but clean & tidy whilst looks nice.

Locatiin is superb. Room is decent will all amenities. Reasonable price. All in all, very happy with the stay.

這個是此次日本行最滿意的酒店，酒店很新，設計時尚精美，這個套房裝修也極其精美，佈局合理，好到不想出門，拍很多照片想有這樣一摸一樣的一個套房在家裡就好了，早飯餐廳也設計好看，東西也好吃，雖然不是日式但吃起來健康美味也是很飽了，這個價格1700多一晚我是非常感動了，攜程真的好厲害
