A little out of place but there’s a shuttle service to geger beach!

very disappointed with hotel staff management and service. my plan to stay is for 2 days , unfortunately my grandfather passed away so i had to check out one day early. spoke to the hotel staff they said if i go through the online booking and request refund they will accept and process. so i did but trip.com informed me the hotel rejected my refund . very disappointed with the hotel bad attitude

Выбирали отель, для знакомства с пляжем Geger, так сказать соотношение цена/ качество. Отель конечно не 5*, но 4*, точно. Завтрак понравился ( было шоколадное фондю и свежие роллы, а также вкусные десерты, фреши (арбуз, ананас), сок яблочный и ананасовый (очень вкусные).

環境：這家酒店在峇里島那個別墅羣區，價位算是比較便宜的，整個酒店是很大，環境是很不錯，外觀好看，游泳池很大很長，這個是滿意的！ 衞生：但是衞生真的不行，房間裏有非常大的一股黴味，我開門通風了好久，味道還是很重，還有床單被套有明顯的污漬，反正就是感覺不乾淨！ 設施：可能是比較舊的酒店，空調也舊，第一個晚上我被空調聲吵得一晚沒睡！真是無語了，第二天叫他們去修，修了是好一些，但是聲音還是很大！ 服務：服務一般吧，總體是不錯 這家酒店就是外面環境好，還有早餐和餐廳好，是去印尼住了四家酒店，早餐最好的，很多中餐，味道很不錯！就是房間衞生堪憂……

갑자기 가게된 호텔인데 들어가자마자 너무 이뻐서 행복했고 편해서 좋았습니다. 처음으로 카드키를 쓰는 호텔이였고 수영장 조식도 너무 맛있었어요!

距離海灘有一段距離

I have travelled for last 5 years to Bali Indonesia, I booked through Trip Adviser it said the Vouk Nusa Dua was 5 star ..... Initially for 7 days Staff were accommodating, but things went down hill there on, I booked a Suite room in the hope of a little luxury, I arrived at 7pm said restaurant Rasa was open till 1030 All the bay Marie was empty I wasn't even acknowledged by staff and had to ask for a table it was hot in the restaurant and all food was pretty much gone I ordered Vietnamese spring rolls and salad 10 mins came by only to be told they had run out all I could choose was a fried rice which was ordinary to say the least. From there my aircon didn't work, so I had to request another room which was very inconvenient as I had to repack my bags . I went out today and returned at 6pm my room hadn't been turned over beds not made no fresh towels was left as I walked out in the morning. I called receptionist and was told they had a full house and gor busy , this is not my issue surely management can put enough staff on for cleaning. I would not consider this a 5 star establishment, at best 2 star, its old , tired, no cushions on the patio chairs rust marks on the shower floors and around doors, surely when paying $2680 AUS you would expect better accommodation and room facilities as in aircon working I will NEVER stay here again Lea

Check in was easy, organized and prepared with my reservation info printed out. Luggage delivered directly into Room while I went out. Bed sheets and linens were nice and clean. 3 stars comes from issues with tub drain wasn’t able to release the water, inside the surrounding floor of the show was bad caulking and a lot of black mold. There were two shower towels, one seemed pretty clean, the other had stains and didn’t seem clean. Furniture was dated and Dull. and tv screen was tilted up due to bad setup, but worked Overall good size room, didn’t have any chance to explore anymore of the hotel as I was out for the day and stayed only 2 nights Also, had issues with my keycard after the first night. Excellent staff, everyone was trained well, but seemed all natural in their ways of communication. Food in Rasa restaurant was excellent for breakfast and Rendang was superb for dinner. Note that its the only restaurant open at the moment… Only bad remarks was it really needs to be painted and fixed many places. Maintainance is not the best, but it looks amazing from a distance
