El jacuzzi estaba frío cuando llegamos y nos llevó 2 días arreglarlo, está muy decepcionado porque es lo principal en este complejo. Los jacuzzis cerca de la piscina también estaban fríos, me hace pensar que es normal en este complejo. Los muebles de la casa eran viejos y en mal estado. Este complejo requirió algunas reparaciones y renovaciones. El baño también requiere algunas reparaciones. Tal vez no esté relacionado con el resort, pero me sorprendió tristemente la tarifa un 40% más alta que la mención en trip.com. De las cosas buenas puedo decir que tiene buena conexión a internet, buena ubicación, hermoso territorio, lindas piscinas.

Fui para alojarme por trabajo y tuve reuniones en el lugar, todos son muy profesionales, la sala de juntas es muy iluminada y amplia, también el gimnasio es muy bueno, los equipos son nuevos y recibí un buen servicio.

Me quedé en las Fuentes Mar 19th-26th. Antes de llegar llamé y hablé con Kim, Natalia y Ariana. Todos estos tres damas me dieron un servicio excepcional al cliente. Leer algunas críticas me sentía un poco nervioso. Desde el llegado hasta el salido tuve un gran tiempo. La casa era limpia, una ubicación excelente, no hay vecinos altos las fuentes de la calle eran hermosas para mirar y oír. Mi único problema era los RACCOONS, y ellos lo aman aquí. Por favor, tenga cuidado porque están fuera del día y de la noche. Dos estaban en el jardín un día cerca de la puerta del patio, y la comunidad tenía todo lo que necesito, Publix, Pizzeria, Chile’s, Red Robin, First Watch, Subway, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin Donuts para nombrar unos pocos. El viaje a los parques Disney fue genial sin tráfico 15-20 minutos, con tráfico 30 minutos. Gracias por una gran experiencia. Me quedé en Unit 8157

Solo mencionando que contiene 3 campos de Golf ya nos dice lo grande y hermoso de este Resort ubicado estrategicamente cerca de los parques y demas atracciones . las habitaciones y espacios grandes y full equipados se hace poco una semana x la cantidad de actividades a realizar

I booked this place last minute on *********** after deciding to extend our time by a few days in Orlando. The options were slim pickings but after watching some YouTube reviews and such we decided to do it. My family and I checked in on a Saturday for 2 nights. I called 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in to see if the room was ready as they offer early check in if available. I was informed the room had been ready for quite sometime now and we could head over and get checked in immediately. Upon our arrival everything seemed great. It was clean and nice looking, the lobby was nice as was the gated community feature. After unloading our items we started seeing red flags before even getting to the room. The elevator up to the room was in poor condition. The appearance of the doors to the different units were worn down and beat up looking. Upon entry into room I was not impressed. We scooped out the rooms and bathrooms and immediately started seeing issues. In the main shared bathroom the tub had what I thought was chips in the bottom of it and turned out to be large pieces of dirt. There were also NO towels. In the main bed bedroom the safe would not lock. The issues only got bigger from there. The living room furniture had crusted food smears on it, several low areas on the walls had bright orange maybe Cheeto smears from a small child with maybe Cheeto fingers. The giant mirror hanging in the entry way had hot Cheeto or taki smeared all over it. Absolutely disgusting!!! I am a mom of 3 I get it kids eat they get yucky and touch stuff BUT also as a former housekeeper who has spent years working in a hotel this was unacceptable. In the kitchen the cabinets had really old spills running down them including some gooeyiness running down the front of the dishwasher. I immediately called the front desk and gave them a list of issues with the cleanliness and they apologized and said someone would come fix it all. I advised we were going to the pool area for a few hours and would be back. The nice girl on the phone assured me it would be taken care of. My family changed into swim suits and headed to the pool. Upon arriving at the pool it was nice set up. However the type of people that were mainly there were not the type I would prefer to have my kids around. It was a rather “rough crowd” I am an African American/Hispanic woman and the people that were at that pool were animals. It was very unappealing, however we kept to ourselves found an empty corner in the pool and made the best of it. At the end of our pool time my husband who used to be a life guard years back had to pull a baby out of the water not even 2 yrs old from the pool near where he was standing because the parents just were not watching and she did not come back up after jumping in. After he grabbed her out and looked around for her parents he gave the baby back to them and instead of making sure she was ok the mother starts yelling at the dad that he was suppose to watch her and they conti
