Salud: limpia Ambiente: más próspero cerca, McDonald's al otro lado Servicio: General El mayor problema: Trip.com ha equivocado el hotel, el hotel real no es en absoluto esta casa, y la dirección no es correcta! ¡Hay muchas casas en el hotel llamado Amheyde, que se encuentran en realidad en dos estrellas, hoteles de cadena. . . La dirección que Trip.com dio es de unos cientos de metros de la ubicación real del hotel, al lado de la calle.

I spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day. My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything. The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too. I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

I just checked in around 7:30 pm with a fully paid booking , the lady at the reception told me sorry we only have one room available and its (smoking) , i told her but i dont smoke , i dont mind as long as the room doesn’t smell like smoke if it does i will want to change it, she said ( even if you want to change it, it doesn’t matter because this is the only room available) . I went to the room cause I’m tired and it smells very bad , no windows or balcony. I called them and they sent someone with air freshener. So I’m literally forced to stay in this room with no other options and no curtesy or mindfulness of my preferences. Very bad experience from the first 5 minutes I stepped in the hotel.

El hotel es perfecto para mí. Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El desayuno fue fantástico. Las instalaciones eran excelentes. El servicio es excepcional. Sólo un gran lugar para estar. La ubicación también le permite llegar a las ”autopistas” rápidamente y así llegar a la velocidad.
