The hotel was superb for our needs of breaking up a long bus trip. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered food using room service, which was nice and prompt. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice warm shower. I only rated the location as 4 because there isn't much to do in Tarlac, but it's only a 2 minute walk to a nice mall which has lots of different food and drink outlets. For the price, I would definitely use this hotel again, and any other Sogo hotels

La habitación era agradable y cómoda, y en general tuve una buena estadía. Una cosa que realmente podría mejorar la experiencia es una mejor cobertura de ventanas. En general, todavía una estancia decente, sólo unos pocos cosas que podrían mejorarse para un mejor confort.

We had an amazing stay with my family. The hotel was very clean and peaceful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The kids enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for the great service. We will surely book again. Highly reccomended! 🥰

I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable quiet place thats got enough space, clean and checking in and out was a breeze..no hassles very good service. I would stay here everytime amd for the price, its affordable. Only thing I wouldn't mind better is the shower heads, if it was more water ot would be excellent. But overall it was great.

Muy limpio ... Creo que el CR se limpia cada hora. Creo que el único lado de la cola es que (si no me equivoco) hay sólo 1 toalla por piso. La habitación es cómoda. Hay un microondas y un distribuidor de agua. Juegos de mesa disponibles para aquellos que quieren pasar el tiempo. TV tiene muchos servicios de streaming. Altamente recomendado.

Reservado 5 habitaciones estándar para mi familia. Nos quedamos durante la noche. Hoteles decentes, habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, pero pueden oír ruidos de la calle. No proporcionaron toallas sólo para toallas. Nos quedamos aquí porque está cerca del aeropuerto de Clark y del planeta Aqua

Our first room smelled so bad due to an issue with their piping. We had to transfer to another room because of this issue. Bathroom was ok, but only had half closure on their shower area -- water tends to spill over the toilet and sink area. Hotel seems like new but the doorknob in the bathroom kept falling off. Stairs going to the loft area was too steep, it made going up and down the stairs pretty difficult -- especially if you have your baggages with you. Food at the restaurant was so-so, i can say try other restaurants. Staff service and cleanliness are 100%!! totally welcoming and accommodating. Hands down to their staff.
