Recently stayed at Havona Hotel @ Permas Jaya and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a simple yet comfortable stay, perfect for both short visits and longer trips. My room was clean, cozy, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. The location is strategic, with easy access to eateries, shops and nearby attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth self-check-in and check-out process. Overall, Havona Hotel @ Permas Jaya is a great choice for those looking for affordable comfort and convenience in the area.

Really good and nice service, and very big for me who stay for business with only two persona 🤣 but i love stayed here

We had a total of 9 pax (4 adults, 5kids) and we took the 4 bedroom apartment. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. We got the one on 45th floor. If ur afraid of heights like i am, the room we got is facing the causeway. So it wasnt that bad. The apartment is clean and feels very homey. The only downside as usual is the internet connection bcos its very near sg so ur internet will be back and forth with sg connection. TV has youtube and netflix. But no local channels. Below has mamak shop, minimart and laundry. We had a wonderful stay the kids didnt want to go home.

The room is very clean. Their bedroom host made effort to renovate the space. Despite the price being slightly higher, we are willing to pay for the cleanliness and feel of the apartment.

The location is a bit far from the mall but it has a bridge connecting to it. The mall has a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The room was so clean and well maintained. Provides slippers (beware the slippers sole is not rubberized. Easy to slip and fall) and toothbrush and small bottle of water is also provided. Though only 1 tissue roll in each toilet. There's only1 cons in the room, the aircon at the living room keeps turning off which is a bit hassle.

Lingkungan sekitar apartmen bagus , seberang ada jual makanan , ada loby yg luas untuk menunggu penjemputan .

Hosts muy amigable y agradable. Limpio y acogedor. Juegos de mesa. Será ansioso de reservar de nuevo si en JB.

Good location and very responsive

The check-in process is easy & simple. Amenities are pretty equipped for a short stay in such an accommodation. However, the master bathroom & the other ensuite bathroom toilet bowl is choked upon check in. Thankfully, we still have the common bathroom to use but it has caused inconvenience to us during our stay as we need to accommodate the use of the bathroom. Management did propose the team to come down to check on it but this will cause inconvenience to my stay during the period. The aircon also has an odour when turned on. Such issues could have been avoided if they had rectified it during the cleaning before guests checked in the unit. Other than the bathroom choked issue, the amenities overall are fulfilled during my stay. Thank you to the management for the help and effort greatly appreciated.
