Plus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place

Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India. For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information: - The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking. - It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk. - It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter. - Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2. - Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

El desayuno que se incluyeba fue más allá de nuestras expectativas y el personal allí estaba muy amigable. La ubicación del hotel es buena para el sur de Mumbai y a tan sólo 35 minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Si tienes muchas actividades en el norte, podría recomendarle en contra de este hotel, ya que habría mucho viaje.El personal de la puerta y los chicos de la campana también eran muy amables y irían de su manera a hacer cosas por ti. Lamentablemente, la peor parte de nuestra experiencia fue el personal de recepción que le dio la sensación de ser una carga. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel.

Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family,very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food.

Staff behaviour was nice and courteous. Little hygiene & cleanliness required.

Decent hotel, very near to cs t station, suite room was excellent with nice interior. Very good breakfast and great service. If the price was little more competitive then it would have been awesome. Would definitely like to visit again.

Estaba aquí 3 noches. Este es un precio bastante bajo para lo que se le da. Hay también muchos otros dormitorios alrededor. Habitaciones climatizadas con Wi-Fi gratuito y ventilador en cada cápsula. Hay cámaras en la habitación, Además de un aseo para sus cosas. Lengua limpia. Si usted es mayor de 180 cm, no podrás sentarte aquí completamente. No hay champú, gel de ducha o papel higiénico en el baño. 5 minutos de las estaciones de metro de Sakinaka y Asalpha. Nice staff by La manera. Cuando estaba dormido, 1000 rupias cayeron accidentalmente de mi bolsillo en el piso, pero el personal me la devolvió, por lo que les doy las gracias. Este es un excelente valor por dinero.

Liked… 1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk) 2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine. Didn’t like: 1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos. 2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water 3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain 4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming. 5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.

Ubicación es buena , fácil de ir a ***y lugares de atracciones en Mumbai pero difícil de encontrar en la primera vez que no se pudo encontrar en el mapa de Google La habitación es muy pequeña y no tiene mucho acceso sólo A/C, ducha caliente, ascensor y TV que los extranjeros no entienden El personal era bueno
