I will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing. (And there is a very friendly cat!)

The inn keeper was very nice, I arrived really late at night and was having trouble finding it because everything was closed. He helped me find it I booked a non smoking room, and after checking in when I said the room smelled he promptly help me inspect another room and change the room. Be aware, though they lost as having non smoking room, none of their rooms seems to be non smoking. But it was still good enough, the new room only AC smelled a bit but I think they cleaned it up after the first night cause second night the AC didn't smell . Considering the price at that location, the amenities and everything else was very good. It was generally clean. The rooms are small but I was a solo traveller, so it was fine for me. Many of the landmarks are really close by this hotel. So I had a comfortable time just walking around to them or commuting pretty comfortably. The ancient streets are close by, and there is local and chain restaurants and stalls all around.

Cómodamente amueblado, cuenta con un espacio común limpio que incluye una bonita estantería, una zona de lectura, una mesa de comedor y un mullido sofá. Si hay algo que destaca en la distribución de esta posada, es su pasión por el arte, lo cual resulta una ventaja para los huéspedes amantes del arte. Además, los amantes de los gatos apreciarán este lugar por su temática felina y su mascota, Hanhan. Por su precio, es un lugar maravilloso para alojarse en Urumqi.

First and foremost, this hotel accepts foreigners. The hotel is quite ok but not great. I booked a no-window non-smoking room (don’t do it, go for room with window) because I thought there is more chance people still smoke in non-smoking rooms with windows. The first room they gave me, put the key card on and electricity didn’t work. Waited for them to check with no result so I was relocated to another room. It’s non-smoking but I can clearly smell the smoke. Took 2 days for the smoke smell to go away which is a pity. The room is small but enough for a solo like me. Each floor they built 4 lines of rooms, the 2 middle lines stay wall-to-wall to each other and are the ‘no-window’ rooms. I would definitely recommend you to choose the room with window, because it means you don’t share a lot of ‘walls’ to other room and have a window to open at least for circulation if room is smelly or if room is too hot. In my case, my room smells smoke, and the room heater system only allows 34-37 degree celsius which is crazy! Very hot if turned on so I had to turn it off the whole time I stay at the hotel. Even though it is winter time, the whole hotel is already on heater. Unable to adjust room temperature is annoying because it means no air circulation. There is a blowing machine (similar to a fan) in the room but it is not efficient quickly enough. The room feels extremely suffocating. I did really wish for a window. Also because the no-window rooms share 3 walls with other rooms (not counting the upper floor), it’s more bad-luck chances for weird noise. In my case, I had to endure one whole freaking night with 2 loud Uyghur couples who cannot hold themselves back from banging the freak out and making all kinds of terrible terrible noise. Seems like no soundproof for these walls.

The homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this. Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great! No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards. This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday! Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

I booked the room with a private sauna in the room and that was amazing! Coming back to the room every day after skiing and sitting in the sauna felt good! Such good value for money. The room is very big with a long balcony and a view of the mountains. The only thing lacking was the breakfast - it only started at 9.30am, which is a bit late for me if I want to start skiing at 10am when the first chair lift begins. The breakfast spread was also quite small, I would have appreciated for soy milk to be included as I do not drink dairy milk. The daily housekeeping service was mainly clearing out trash and bringing fresh towels, the floor/table were not cleaned. There was no flexibility to do a slightly later check-out and no free airport drop-off service like some of the other hotels in the similar price range offered. There is free drop-off and pick-up service to the ski field, which is about 5-min drive from the hotel. The best part of my stay is the reception staff who were friendly, kind and helpful! I needed help navigating the Chinese apps to retrieve a parcel and couldn't do it on my phone, so he helped me do the booking on his phone, liaised with the courier and paid first for it, sorting out the logistics for me, and I transferred him the money after. Very grateful for that because it helped me saved me a lot of time and hassle! Upon check-out, I had left my mobile phone charging in the reception area when I left for the airport and they drove over to meet me somewhere around the city while I waited in the taxi, to give my phone back to me, so that the driver didn't have to spend time going back - so that I can catch my flight in time. Super grateful for their kindness and support, going above and beyond.

Desde el hotel, todas las atracciones del condado de Ta son muy convenientes. Puede llegar fácilmente a la misteriosa ciudad de piedra o a la hermosa playa de oro. Estoy cansado de volver al hotel, cama cómoda y servicio intimido, como en el puerto cálido de Ta County, ¡ha añadido muchas buenas memorias para esta visita, ¡está muy recomendado!

Habitación: Es un albergue juvenil recién inaugurado. La habitación está muy limpia. Alguien la limpia y cambia la ropa de cama al hacer el check out. La habitación tiene ventilación las 24 horas y no hay olor a decoración nueva en la habitación. El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación llega rápidamente y el volumen de agua es grande. Bañarse es muy cómodo. Entorno: Hay un restaurante y una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. Otros: La habitación está en el piso 23-25, con vista amplia y buena vista. También hay un gato, muy lindo.

El personal fue muy amable. El wifi era un poco débil, pero las demás instalaciones estaban bien. La entrada es difícil de encontrar, así que adjunto una foto.
