Se tarda 35 minutos en metro desde la estación de tren de Guangzhou Sur. Servicio: Las señoras de la recepción son super amables. Si hay algún problema, WeChat responderá y lo resolverá de inmediato. También me presentó con mucho entusiasmo los lugares escénicos y los métodos de transporte. Instalaciones: Hay una lavadora. TTiana PustakaYou might this as a long review, but: 1. Location: very reachable to Beijing road walking pedestrian, next to Tee Mall, and Beijing Lu subway station just across to the apartment. 2. Elevator: before booking I was worried about another review about elevator, turns out the waiting time for elevator not more than 5 minutes. 3. Room: this room has THE MOST COMPLETE amenities. You got kitchen set, washing machine and its dryer, mini fridge, and projection. They give you shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental kit, face wash, make up remover, dish soap, even a skin moisturizer. 4. Cleanliness: the lady cleaner will be cleaning your room everyday for you. And the owner will ask uou first whether you like the room to clean or not. 5. Communication: the owner was super super communicative and helpful. Instruction to the building, how to check in and check out was very clear. You better contact the owner through wechat before landing.

UUsuario invitadoEl aislamiento acústico es pobre, muy pobre, muy pobre, y el ruido es muy fuerte. Está al lado de la autopista, y el sonido de los vehículos es todo el día y la noche. Es inútil cerrar ventanas y puertas. cerca, y el sonido de los tubos de escape también es fuerte. Durante el día, no hay ningún sonido, sé dónde están los sonidos, el parloteo, el sonido de los autos por la noche, me despierto siete u ocho veces por noche. Básicamente no duermo, no puedo dormir en absoluto. También hay mosquitos, que son muy desagradables y no recomendables.

TTerry 小野 Wider ™Está muy cerca de la salida A1 del metro de Beijing Road, a unos 5 a 8 minutos a pie, y hay muchos restaurantes y comida deliciosa cerca, se pueden satisfacer todas las necesidades básicas. La habitación es bastante pequeña. Me alojé en una habitación económica con una cama individual (justo lo suficiente para dormir sola). El extractor de aire del baño se rompió y la luz del techo se rompió el segundo día. La señora de la limpieza viene a limpiar todos los días, lo cual es un buen servicio. Este hotel es de tipo estancia de corta duración. Si buscas un buen servicio y la sensación de un gran hotel cómodo, este no es el hotel que buscas. En general está bien. Este precio fue bastante bueno ya que llegué a Guangzhou durante las vacaciones del Día del Trabajo. Soy de Malasia

YYoukejushiLa habitación es grande y el aire acondicionado es bueno. Tienes que caminar un poco más para comer. Hay restaurantes por toda la calle. No comas fideos con carne. Pídelo en todas partes. Hay coches para recoger y dejar en el aeropuerto. Cuando me registré Cuando llegas a un acuerdo con la recepción, normalmente te llaman con media hora de antelación. Sólo se tarda diez minutos desde el apartamento hasta el aeropuerto T2.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

Hay una ventana interior para entrar, lo cual personalmente no me importa, pero si está rota, solo se puede instalar y no se puede cerrar, sugiero que el hotel la revise y repare. 2. El punto clave es que el aislamiento acústico puede ser demasiado silencioso en medio de la noche. Es realmente malo. Puedo escuchar claramente a la gente hablando en la habitación de al lado mientras estoy acostado en la cama. Definitivamente puedo escuchar lo que dicen los demás en mi habitación. 3. El hueco de la cama al lado de este tatami es demasiado fácil para que caigan cosas. 4. La mesa es demasiado pequeña y es fácil bloquear el televisor si pones cosas encima.

MM343433****Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y la habitación está equipada con nevera, lo cual resulta muy cómodo para guardar cosas. El servicio de recepción es entusiasta y el personal de limpieza es muy amable. El hotel está limpio y ordenado. El hotel está cerca del Parque del Lago Liuhua, del Hospital General del Teatro Sur y del mercado mayorista de ropa. Es muy cómodo viajar. Cuando llegas al hotel te sientes como en casa. Todos son muy amables. Lo recomiendo mucho. La próxima vez que venga a Guangzhou, elegiré quedarme aquí. Las instalaciones son completas, la higiene es limpia y ordenada y el servicio es de cinco estrellas.

RRCC CHANLa ubicación es conveniente, hay muchos lugares para comer cerca, hay muchas elecciones, cerca de Haiya, comprable, el hotel no es grande, sólo se puede hospedar una noche, el precio es también alto, el servicio de recepción es normal, todos los requisitos se pueden combinar, es decir, se puede hospedar una noche o dos noches 😄
