I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw.

La habitación era muy bonita y la ubicación era excelente. Había varias paradas de autobús, metro y tranvía cerca, y estaba a poca distancia a pie de algunas atracciones. En general, era un buen lugar.

This hotel’s reception personnel requires intense training on customer service - their body language, men’s grooming and dress code, polite phrasal verbs in both Polish and English require enormous improvement! Zero-smile attitude is surprising! Small and polite complaint given to Ms Weronika was received with irritation, tension and disgust during the check-in. Hotel did not responded to my inquiry week earlier. Then my kind request on air-con room display - repeated twice - was never responded by reception. Nevertheless - Ukraininan/Bielarussian cleaning people are charming and super kind! The room air conditioning is killer! No matter my setups, the temperature drops down to +16C in the night and I was sleeping all 3 nights with my head covered with sheets. When you are away during the day - expect you are coming to fridge-like room also! Crazy, crazy! Room design is contemporary, simple, brand-new and sound-proof windows - amazing! The hotel general interior design is  comfy and relaxing. Really good. The most confusing factor at this hotel for many guests (as I observed) is the hotel taxi bay - hidden behind the hotel - with zero signage - so 90% of taxi drivers await on main streets (the hotel has corner position) - causing total irritation and confuse among tourists/guests. The hotel has bad luck that 2 street crossing received unpronounceable names: Żwirki i Wigury and Komitetu Obrony Robotników. The hotel MUST improve its navigation system as personnel skills!

En primer lugar, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene muy buenas instalaciones considerando su precio. En la habitación había varios masajes impresos para los huéspedes, lo cual es muy agradable, y además, había refrigerios y desayuno gratuitos. La comida estaba deliciosa y el personal fue muy amable. Pasé una noche agradable y cómoda allí.

Un B&B limpio, ideal para viajes con amigos. La habitación es sencilla, el precio no es caro y el ambiente es muy tranquilo para dormir. Me gustó mucho. Hay un supermercado grande cerca y el transporte es muy práctico.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y el personal muy amable. Nos dispensaron una habitación alta como les habíamos solicitado, cosa que agradecimos. El colchón y las almohadas perfectas para conciliar el sueño. Las imágenes son idénticas a la realidad de la habitación que nos adjudicaron. La presión del agua ideal y la temperatura también. Quizá deberían adaptar a un poco más de potencia los secadores de pelo. La habitación no disponía de plancha, pero tampoco la tuvimos que solicitar en recepción. Si había caja fuerte. El hotel está en una avenida con bastante tráfico por lo que se oía bastante, aunque por la noche en nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema, porque se mitigó bastante. En cualquier caso dispone de tapones en las mesillas. El desayuno bastante variado y rico.

¡Este hotel fue absolutamente fantástico! Desde el momento en que entré, me impresionó la calidez y profesionalidad del personal. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, con una decoración sencilla pero acogedora. La ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, lo que garantizaba un sueño reparador. Las instalaciones del hotel también eran completas, incluyendo gimnasio y piscina. El desayuno era variado y delicioso, para todos los gustos. La ubicación era conveniente, cerca de atracciones y centros comerciales. En resumen, fue una estancia muy agradable, ¡y la recomiendo ampliamente!

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw. One of the things I appreciated most about Castle Inn was the room. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay. If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

La habitación era amplia, con espacio suficiente para dos personas y con espacio de sobra para guardar cosas después de abrir la maleta. Hay tranvías cerca, fácil acceso, y un supermercado, lo cual es una buena opción.

El hotel muy lindo! Buena ubicación, súper limpio! La cama cómoda, tenía un hervidor de agua en la habitación y para recargar agua fria en los pasillos! Muy cerca del tren y del centro también, una caminata de 15 a 20 minutos por una muy linda zona! A los que llegan tarde del aeropuerto modlin recomendado por la cercanía a la parada del bus!
