It’s a good hotel with friendly staff who really do their best to ensure guests have a good stay. Although, the rooms are abit small and the AC’s electricity might get cut off suddenly. Owners should look into making sure amenities and facilities are improved to ensure guests have a more comfortable stay.

Best option for the budget! I totally agreed with the reviews on this lodge. What I liked the most was the service that the owner provided me with. Super fast response and trying to help me as much as possible. This is not a 3 star hotel so you need to bear some unconfortable things (hot water and electiricity) but it will be managed by kind owner. I will definitely stay here again with my friends.

The place was great except for the washroom. It wasn’t very clean and the basin sink was clogged.

Our stay at Lumbini Five Elements Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love and care. The people there are truly warm-hearted — it felt more like being part of a family than just staying at a hotel. The hotel manager was an exceptional host, full of kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended to anyone visiting Lumbini! And I will do it any time again. Thank you for everything.

Boutique Hotel Lacoul inn is a Nice place to stay while you are visiting Bhairahawa, Sunauli boarder and Lumbini. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. On site Restaurante provide selection of food n beverage. I feel home like home.

Rumbini Buddha garden resort is not only a hotel but also a beautiful garden with lotus pond , surrounded by lawns and forests, I really appreciate staff members of the hotel, they are so kind and sincere, helping me a lot in many ways, ready to offer what you need instantly. The room is clean, spacious and good light with morden facilities like Ac, hot shower, fast WiFi. It has two baconies where you can watch views and relax and dry your clothes. They are very considerate when cleaning rooms, even helped to fold my messy clothes and shoes, and to put back the clothes you dried in the bacony into the room, keeping everything tidy and nice. The food was very delicious too, I asked them to send to my room, they are very patient, packed the food carefully and delivered with the whole set of delicate dishes, glasses, spoon, knife and so on. In the morning you can hear the birds singing and the staff are diligently doing gardening, cleaning, washing. They even bow down to wipe the bricks of the road leading to room buildings in the garden which touches and impresses me. I am really grateful to all those who have served and helped me with warm hospitality and patience. I highly recommend Rumbini Buddha garden. It's a wonderful choice when you you are in Lumbini.

施設と部屋はとても綺麗でした。ティッシュペーパーと手拭きタオルがあれば嬉しかったなと思います。また、電話の何番を押せばフロントにつながるのかなど口頭の説明だけでなく部屋に案内があると親切だと思います。不親切だなと思ったのは、ホテルへ向かう足がなくタクシーを手配してくれたのですがタクシーが私達を乗せる前に引き返してしまったにも関わらずホテルがチェックインした翌日にタクシー代を請求されたことです。理由はホテルがタクシー会社と契約しており、乗車しなくても料金が全額発生するためという話でした。乗車できなかったのに料金を請求されたこと、タクシー手配する時に取り決めを教えていただけなかったことに憤りを感じます。納得はいきませんでしたが、半額のタクシー代をお支払いさせていただきました。施設や部屋自体はとても綺麗ですので、ぜひホスピタリティーの部分、信頼を損ねないコミュニケーションをとっていただきより多くのお客さんがこのホテルを利用して満足してもらえるといいなと改善を願いレビューをアップさせてもらいます。

部屋の階のお湯が出なかったのですが、ホストが何度もお湯が出るか確認してくれて、最終的に別の部屋のシャワーを使用させてくれました。 部屋は広くて十分すぎるほどです、マットレスは柔らかくよく眠れる。

Está a poca distancia del Parque Budista. De hecho, está en la Puerta 2 del parque. La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel tiene una buena planificación, un ambiente elegante, el edificio de ladrillo rojo está completamente integrado en el parque budista y el personal de servicio es cálido y amigable. El hotel tiene una historia de más de 30 años, las habitaciones fueron diseñadas por japoneses y la distribución está llena de estilo japonés, aunque el mantenimiento es bueno, las instalaciones son demasiado antiguas después de todo. El aire acondicionado tiene una capacidad de refrigeración limitada. No sé si será por la temporada baja. El primer día que llegué no había otros huéspedes en el enorme hotel. Había menos de 10 empleados atendiendo a los huéspedes en una de nuestras habitaciones. La otra habitación parecía ocupada al día siguiente. El hotel no proporciona agua caliente para bañarse, pero debido al clima cálido no es un gran problema. No hay otras instalaciones comerciales en los alrededores, si no desea llamar a un taxi, sólo podrá comer en el hotel a precios normales.
