Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Tioman Dive Resort. My partner was here to be open water certified (they are PADI accredited) and the Air Batang (ABC jetty) is quite close to the resort. Our room was exactly as pictured. Very spacious for us. Air con and fans worked well. They provided coffee & tea daily. Cleaning was also daily, with towels changed but no sheets being changed (completely fine for us). The resort has free water (cold and hot) stations all around, very convenient. WiFi in the room was very spotty but super strong at the dive center. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We hired local transport from Tekek to ABC through them since we couldn’t get ferry tickets to the ABC jetty when we arrived and they also helped us buy tickets back to Mersing because we did not have a Malay bank account. They don’t have a restaurant on site but they do have a same cafe that made roti in the morning and evening and a bar that serves various drinks. Fortunately there are many restaurants all around them. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

for one night stay at this hotel, i can say that the hotel staff are very kind and helpful.. The environment was calm and they provided a lot of parking space. The room was spacious for a twin bed plus a balcony inside..no aircond but it has a ceiling fan, no worries because it is a super cold day and night..they also provide basic toiletries, towel, iron n board, hair dryer and fridge. Cleanliness was okay and maybe better needs to be improved. Breakfast also okay.. thank you.

Reservé la suite real, pero lo que me gusta la suite económica. No hay tocador, excepto el champú de pelo y el líquido de ducha. Slipper, cuidado oral, toalla de cara sólo envió a petición. La caja de tejidos estaba vacía. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Mi habitación tiene piscina, pero sólo ofrece 2 toallas de baño. Cuando se lo solicita, sólo puede dar otra 2. Así que puedo entrar en mi piscina sólo 1x. Si no hay más toalla para usar. Tarjete alto precio pero proporcionar menos servicios básicos . La recepción está en la parte superior y se moja cuando llueve. Sólo 1 persona en el cargo, si esta persona va al baño. Tiene que esperar para volver. El desayuno es muy básico, menos proteínas, ningún pollo ni huevos fritos o escrabados ... sólo huevos cocidos duro cortados a la mitad para Nasi Lemak. Sólo una palabra: operador kedekut y falta de habilidades de hospitalidad.

The beach is also just a short walk away and is clean, well maintained, and perfect for a leisurely stroll or family outing. The room was comfortable and decent, though not particularly luxurious—which is perfectly reasonable considering the affordable price point of under RM200. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection and satisfying quality that exceeded expectations. The only drawback was the parking situation. If you arrive late at night, finding an available parking spot can be quite challenging. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone seeking a budget-friendly stay with great amenities, convenient beach access, and solid overall value for money.

La ubicación es muy conveniente y la habitación está limpia. El calentador de agua no calienta lo suficiente para ducharse. El aparcamiento privado no es exclusivo para huéspedes del hotel, por lo que siempre está lleno durante el horario de apertura del bazar cercano (principalmente de 10 a 18 h). El hotel tiene un hermoso jardín, accesible tanto para huéspedes como para el público general. Por lo tanto, es muy ruidoso. Por la tarde hay música malaya muy alta. Solo puedo dormirme sobre las 00:00 h, ya que fuera de las habitaciones hay una pequeña zona de juegos electrónicos para niños. Los niños son muy ruidosos, gritando y riendo. Temprano por la mañana, sobre las 5 h, me despertó el fuerte viento. La marquesina de plástico del techo es muy ruidosa, lo que significa que el aislamiento acústico de la habitación es muy malo. No creo que vuelva.
