The Wyndham Garden Fraser Hill offers a comfortable stay in a peaceful and refreshing environment. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the cool climate is a welcome change from the lowlands. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, although some facilities could benefit from renovation and upgrading. Breakfast was satisfactory, with enough options for most guests. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was enjoyable and value for money.

Booked the Family Room, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our room was located in the building nearest to the link bridge to SkyAvenue, which was convenient. Overall, I would say the hotel room was average. The room looks rather dated, with visible wear and tear on the furniture. The shower water pressure was also quite weak, and the hot water was intermittent — it could suddenly turn very hot, which can be dangerous especially for young children. While the hotel is relatively near SkyAvenue, there is still quite a bit of walking involved. I had booked another room for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, their room was allocated in a different building. They had to walk across the link bridge to get to our building, which was inconvenient as they have difficulty walking. Another thing to note is that check-in is largely self-service via kiosks. The hotel staff do not check you in at the counter, and I found the kiosk system not very intuitive. This could be particularly challenging for elderly guests who may not be familiar with using such systems. Overall, the main advantage is the location and the availability of larger family rooms, but the rooms could definitely do with some upgrading. I would also recommend families travelling with elderly guests to request rooms in the same building in advance, if possible.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Mi familia disfrutó de una agradable estancia en TDR. Cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. Les escribo para felicitar al resort por su ayuda para localizar mi mochila perdida (dejada en el embarcadero del ferry). Cuando nos dimos cuenta de que nos faltaba una maleta importante (no pregunten cómo, supongo que pasan cosas), llamamos al resort y pedimos ayuda al personal para comprobar si la habíamos dejado en el embarcadero, que estaba a 10 minutos a pie. Fueron inmediatamente a comprobarlo, pero la maleta no estaba. Parece que TDR no se quedó ahí, y no sé cómo lo hicieron, sino que 6 horas y media después me llamaron para informarme de que la maleta estaba en otro ferry, camino a otro embarcadero a 30 minutos de nosotros, en tierra firme. Felicitaciones al servicio de ferry Bluewater por recoger la maleta abandonada y enviarla a su oficina, aunque a una ubicación cercana. De nuevo, no sé cómo, pero me alegra mucho que TDR haya podido obtener esa información y nos la haya transmitido. Tras más de 8 horas de desesperación, con la ayuda de Dios, recuperamos nuestra maleta gracias a la ayuda del personal del resort, del ferry Bluewater y, posiblemente, de las redes sociales de la pequeña isla. Muchísimas gracias, TDR, por la ayuda. Gracias por hacer de este un viaje inolvidable con un final feliz.

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

for one night stay at this hotel, i can say that the hotel staff are very kind and helpful.. The environment was calm and they provided a lot of parking space. The room was spacious for a twin bed plus a balcony inside..no aircond but it has a ceiling fan, no worries because it is a super cold day and night..they also provide basic toiletries, towel, iron n board, hair dryer and fridge. Cleanliness was okay and maybe better needs to be improved. Breakfast also okay.. thank you.

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, cosy, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the cool weather at Genting Highlands. The location was also convenient for getting around. Everything was well prepared and the host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely a lovely place to stay, and we would happily come back again!

Beautiful Garden with many fountains in the Durian orchard. The view at Sky Lounge is incredible. Basic Breakfast with No keto friendly food. No coffee bean machine for coffee lovers. Staff welcoming, especially Danish at Pet Farm. He's knowledgeable & loving care for the animals makes our visit memorable. Other staff are also friendly.

The standard room is quite small and very bare minimum, but it has everything you need, including an iron. I especially loved the water pressure and the hot water temperature was really good! However, the room wasn’t the cleanest, especially underneath the bed, which was quite dusty. It was honestly a little gross when some of our things rolled underneath and we had to retrieve them. That said, for the price, it’s actually quite affordable and still okay overall. The best part about this hotel is the location. it’s close to the beach, has a pool, nightly fire shows, and there are also ATV and horse-riding activities nearby. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a budget-friendly family stay. The food, however, isn’t really worth paying for. Better to eat outside.
