The hotel looks new and clean since it was renovated not too long ago, but don’t expect it to be anything out of the world. You will find everything adequate and functional. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable. The location is great too.

Overall okay but it just some delay when check in as i need to get back to the counter and ask the check in staff help me to prepare the room key since their kiosk is not working for me…even their staff try a few times also same… Water pressure 100/100 Cleanliness 70/100 as the bedsheet a bit dirty Space 90/100 Brightness 90/100 Cooling 90/100 Convenient 80/100 as it not so convenient if you bring a baby in stroller and hug another kids on hand Parking 20/100 not covered car park and not covered walkway to car park

A good location and near to Kuantan Town. A short drive to 188 Tower, Art Street, St Thomas Church Kuantan, etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Tioman Dive Resort. My partner was here to be open water certified (they are PADI accredited) and the Air Batang (ABC jetty) is quite close to the resort. Our room was exactly as pictured. Very spacious for us. Air con and fans worked well. They provided coffee & tea daily. Cleaning was also daily, with towels changed but no sheets being changed (completely fine for us). The resort has free water (cold and hot) stations all around, very convenient. WiFi in the room was very spotty but super strong at the dive center. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We hired local transport from Tekek to ABC through them since we couldn’t get ferry tickets to the ABC jetty when we arrived and they also helped us buy tickets back to Mersing because we did not have a Malay bank account. They don’t have a restaurant on site but they do have a same cafe that made roti in the morning and evening and a bar that serves various drinks. Fortunately there are many restaurants all around them. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

for one night stay at this hotel, i can say that the hotel staff are very kind and helpful.. The environment was calm and they provided a lot of parking space. The room was spacious for a twin bed plus a balcony inside..no aircond but it has a ceiling fan, no worries because it is a super cold day and night..they also provide basic toiletries, towel, iron n board, hair dryer and fridge. Cleanliness was okay and maybe better needs to be improved. Breakfast also okay.. thank you.

Limpieza: El apartamento está limpio. Sin embargo, la alfombra del baño no se había cambiado y se veía sucia y parcialmente mojada. Las toallas tenían manchas. Por lo demás, la estancia fue bastante buena. Buena ubicación: a poca distancia a pie de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Servicio rápido y eficiente del personal: no hubo largas colas para el registro de entrada y salida. Piscina: Los fines de semana había muchísima gente en la piscina; parecía que más bien estaban remojándose que nadando. El agua no se veía limpia (un poco amarillenta/verdosa), así que recomiendo no nadar.

Nice place for staycation. The hotel staffs are helpful. The room is clean. Enjoy the morning hiking and the beautiful sun rise. However, the dinner menu is limited, steamboat buffet only. Please consider to add more variety.

Great location as near the beach. Very clean and nice beach. Great to catch sunrise. The cafe opposite opened till 2am. So no worry about food. Food are cheap and good.
