El mayor problema es la mala insonorización de las habitaciones; se oye todo en el pasillo. Quienes tengan problemas para dormir deberían elegir esta opción con precaución. Las ventajas son la ubicación conveniente, casi siempre a poca distancia, y el anfitrión, muy amable, que ofrece consigna de equipaje gratuita incluso si no se puede llegar temprano.

El hotel en general está bien para ser un 3 estrellas. Los empleados siempre fueron amables. Aparcamiento gratuito y si está lleno, hotel como un antiguo garaje debajo del cual estaba donde aparcamos. El desayuno también estaba bien para un hotel de 3 estrellas. Servicios nada para ser honesto, en nuestra habitación teníamos algunas cosas rotas también… podrían ser remodeladas. Y además, no es una cama tamaño queen, eran dos camas individuales cerca una de la otra... sin colchón superior nada...

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. A magical stay in the heart of San Gimignano I cannot believe we actually stayed inside the historic town of Residenza d’Epoca Palazzo Buonaccorsi. It truly felt like stepping back in time. We booked this place in a rush and honestly didn’t read much about it beforehand. When we arrived in San Gimignano, we were completely stunned by the beauty of the stone buildings and cobbled streets. The entire area feels like a medieval movie scene. Check-in was officially until 8 pm, but we arrived around 8:30 pm. The owner was incredibly kind and waited for us patiently. She also explained very clearly where we could park the car, which is extremely helpful because driving and parking in historic towns can be tricky. The whole property is simply gorgeous. The courtyard is beautiful and full of character. Even though our unit was in the attic and required climbing some stairs, it was absolutely part of the charm and experience. There is no lift, but for us it was completely fine. The decoration throughout the property makes you feel like you are truly living inside history. Every corner reflects the heritage of this place. The location is fantastic — you can simply walk to the famous squares and restaurants of San Gimignano. It’s also only about 8 minutes away from the world-famous gelato shop, Gelateria Dondoli, which was a highlight of our visit! What surprised us the most was the size of the apartment. For the price, it is incredible value. The space is huge and includes a kitchen and a lovely attic area. This was truly one of our best stays in Italy, and it made our experience in San Gimignano even more special. If you want to experience the magic of living inside a medieval town, this place is unforgettable.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación , y cumple lo necesario para pasar 1 o 2 noches , dentro de la habitación hay una nevera pequeña que es algo ruidosa . Las camas son cómodas y el baño también

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

Excepto que el hotel no dispone de recepción 24 horas. Por la mañana nadie respondió que no podía dejar mi equipaje, pero todo lo demás estuvo bien. Puedes desayunar en el pequeño patio, lo cual es bueno. La habitación no es demasiado pequeña y la cama es grande. Pero la ventana no se puede abrir y no se puede ver la vista. La ubicación también es buena, principalmente en taxi. La actitud del servicio de recepción es buena y puede ayudar a llamar un taxi. Puedes llegar a la ciudad en diez minutos en taxi. En general, buena relación calidad-precio.

El hotel está situado cerca de la estación de tren, a unos 5 minutos a pie. El almacenamiento de equipaje es gratuito. Pero está demasiado cerca de las vías del tranvía y hay mucho ruido cuando pasan los tranvías, así que no sirve de nada cerrar las ventanas. Luego el baño estaba muy húmedo, no había ventilador y goteaba agua. El desayuno es bueno y bastante rico. En general está bien para una estancia corta, pero si quieres quedarte unos días más, deberías elegir otro hotel.
