Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

Staying at mad-packers pushkar was a highlight of my trip to india. The hostel has a great community feel, with plenty of opportunities to meet people and join in on activities. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Lo recomiendo 100%, personal muy atento, te ofrecen todo lo que pueden y más para que estés cómodo y bien atendido, todo perfecto! El restaurante está bien, buena gente. El safari de medio día nos gustó mucho, es una buena experiencia!

Hotel muy céntrico, se puede ir dando un paseo a los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Las estancias cuidan al detalle el estilo local, decoración agradable, con habitaciones muy confortables y muy limpias. Llévate el bañador, pues en sus instalaciones puedes relajarte en la piscina o disfrutar de una rica comida desde sus distintas terrazas, con muy buenas vistas del Fuerte y el resto de la ciudad. Sin duda un hotel para recomendar, pues desde nuestra llegada nos acogieron e hicieron sentir como en casa. Mención especial a todo el personal coordinado por su propietario, Tanu, una buena persona, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin duda recomendaremos y volveremos a visitarles si pasamos por Jaisalmer en un futuro.

We stayed at the property for two days. We asked the hotel for airport transport and for 7 km ride they charged us so much. When I said it’s just 7 km, the guy said no it is 12-13 km. Pensamos que quizás otra ruta, pero el conductor nos llevó a través de la misma ruta de 7 km. Sólo nos cargan tanto por pequeñas cosas. Fue realmente decepcionante, ya que podíamos haber viajado a una ciudad diferente con esa cantidad. La comida es buena. El servicio es lento. No habíamos bebido agua en la habitación, preguntaron dos veces, pero no contestamos. En nuestro segundo día, nadie vino a buscar servicio de habitaciones, nos encantaba eso como teníamos que salir, pero para las cosas básicas que deben ser proporcionadas cada día de la reserva tuvimos que pedirles todo.

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. After travelling through India we ended our stay with 6 nights at this soul reviving guest house. The owner Anil, was the most incredible host, as were all his friendly staff. Our room was like living in a fantasy, with beautiful views, to die for food and the wonderful people, that made us realise that we had found heaven. This is a must see for yourself destination.

Toda India es sucia y todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado estaban sucios, pero la odisea surrealista que vivimos en este hotel es para contarla paso a paso: Al llegar nos dijeron que para llamar a la recepción había que marcar el número 9, pero cuando llegamos a la habitación el teléfono no tenía cable. La habitación estaba muy sucia. No la habían limpiado de los clientes anteriores. No había toallas y solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha, y es una habitación para dos personas. Así que bajamos a la recepción para pedir toallas y gel de ducha, y para enseñarles el teléfono sin cable. Nos dijeron que nos llevaban el gel y las toallas a la habitación. Trajeron toallas húmedas y un bote de gel de ducha, y al ver que había uno en el baño se lo querían volver a llevar. Les dijimos que si somos dos personas necesitamos cada una un bote porque son pequeños. Les pedimos que nos trajeran unas toallas secas, y las que trajeron esta vez estaban secas pero sucias. A la noche, cuando nos fuimos a acostar, vimos que las sábanas estaban muy sucias, llenas de manchas; así que, bajamos a recáepción a decirles que fueran a cambiarnos las sábanas porque no podíamos dormir en esa cama tan sucia. Sin pedir disculpas ni pasar ninguna vergüenza, mandaron a alguien de mala gana. Primero vino el de seguridad, con mala cara, y traía una sábana para que nosotros la pusiéramos. Le dijimos que había que cambiar toda la cama; así que, vino el chico de la limpieza y cambió la cama, aunque de muy malas formas. Al quitar las sábanas vimos el colchón y nos asustamos de la cantidad de manchas amarillas y marrones que había en él. Al desdoblar las sábanas que traía él vio que también tenían manchas; así que, las quitó y volvió a por otras, y estas estaban rotas; así que, las volvió a quitar, y las terceras que trajo estaban un poco mejor (aunque no limpias) y fueron las que dejó, pero tuvimos que insistirle para que cambiara también las fundas de las almohadas porque no las cambiaba. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, pedimos que la limpiaran. Cuando volvimos solo habían secado un poco el baño. El suelo de la habitación estaba igual de sucio y los muebles seguían llenos de polvo. Habían cambiado las sábanas y no era necesario porque estaban cambiadas de la noche anterior y solo habíamos dormido una noche en ellas. Lo peor es que las cambiaron por otras que estaban más sucias. No entiendo por qué no dejaron las que teníamos que estaban más limpias y tampoco entiendo por qué no cambian las sábanas de los clientes anteriores pero sí cambian las nuestras. Sin embargo, las toallas las cambiaron por unas limpias, ¿por qué no nos dieron esas limpias el día anterior? El baño es minúsculo y la ducha no es una ducha, es un grifo alto en la pared con un desagüe en el suelo, sin ninguna separación del resto del baño por puerta, cristal o cortina. Está en el propio suelo, todo al mismo nivel, no hay desnivel hacia el desagüe para que el agua baje más rápido; así

We had the most fantastic stay at this place, we never wanted to leave! Our favourite hostel in India by far. The property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s multiple common areas (inside and outside). The rooftop terrace is a social hub and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. From here you can watch a magnificent sunset with views of the floating palace. Make sure you’re there between 17:45-18:00 to claim your free, refillable chai! In the evenings of our four-night stay we enjoyed karaoke, cricket screenings, and a movie night, but there is no pressure to join in if you’d rather have a quiet one! Our experience was made even more special by the incredible team who work at Hostel Mantra. Winit, Dwisha, Yusef and Ashish went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us book trains and cricket tickets. They make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. We turned up at 3:30am after 24 hours of travelling and they were more than happy to help us check in at this time. Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Can’t recommend this hostel enough, we would return in a heartbeat!

The location of the hotel in old udaipur near lake pichola is very very beautiful. U need to come by auto as taxi find it difficult to reach here. Early check in was a bit of a hassle for us despite prior intimation and the breakfast doesn't start too early. But rooms are good and bathrooms clean. Basic amenities and staff is friendly. The receptionist at the counter is very friendly guy who helped guide us. Overall satisfied with the stay and recommended for family.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious but bathrooms were not up to mark. They need to renew it. They served breakfast and dinner. The taste was good. This is a kind of budget hotel. So do not expect good service. The hotel location is far from the main city center and railway station, so auto drivers will always ask for more money. Location is not good if you are travel-ling with family. There are no other options for good food around the hotel. They have a roof top restaurant, but they don't serve liquor, so i'm disappointed. There was no party or dinner arranged for the new year celebration. Staff needs training. I would not recommend this hotel as you will get a better option around the same area. Every time you need to god subhash chowk to catch auto or taxi. Also checkout time is 10am which is not convenient. I would give 2/5. They also don't guide for city tour, you have to arrange everything. Room service was not good.
